EXCELLENT tool for all reporting purposes. We use Zoho Analytics to sync up our data with Zoho Books, and then to create our entire reporting system out of it. It has helped me streamline vendor reporting, MIS reporting, taxation and compliances, management information, budgeting reporting etc. The Zoho Analytics professional services team is also excellent and do a great job of creating custom reports. What do you dislike about Zoho Analytics? - The user interface is not top-notch. - It uses SQL for coding the backend data. My bookkeeping tool (Zoho Books) cannot give me MIS dashboards, vendor summary, GST/TDS compliance reports, etc, which is all getting solved by Zoho Analytics. I like how Zoho Analytics seamlessly brings data from all the other Zoho platforms we use. It's very intuitive and easy to use. We set up Zoho Analytics and the entire Zoho suite by ourselves without much of a challenge. We didn't have to use explicit AI or APIs; we just had to switch on the toggle, which automatically integrates all the applications with Zoho Analytics. I think in terms of flexibility and the sheer number of features, Zoho Analytics lags a bit behind. When comparing it to other tools like Tableau, Power BI, and the Google Cloud platform, those platforms seem more advanced.
