That it is a web-based tool and that it comes with a lot of additional plugins. I like that it has an announcement section giving out some good content. I also like their access control settings. While Zoho CRM has helped us with our business, the reporting is somewhat limited. When PDF files are created, they are not always formatted properly. Excel files seem to be okay.
