Zoé Call Center is an AI voice agent for customer service and contact centre operations, built by Xpin AI for government and enterprise organisations in the Middle East. It handles inbound calls in natural spoken Arabic, including Gulf dialects, and switches between Arabic and English mid-conversation without losing context. It runs on Xpin AI Voice Technology, the company's own speech engine, rather than a third-party API. Zoé Call Center is designed for organisations with data residency and sovereignty requirements. It deploys inside the customer's own environment, so call data and customer records stay within the organisation's infrastructure and jurisdiction. Deployment options range from private cloud to fully isolated environments, depending on the sensitivity of the workload. It is currently deployed in live service operations handling real customer volume.
