"Zocks: A Revolutionary Tool for Client Meeting Notes"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love using Zocks for notetaking in all our client meetings. It creates the most thorough notetaking I've experienced in 20 years, automating the process that used to require extensive training for our interns and apprentices. Now, they can focus on interacting with clients and handling post-meeting tasks. Zocks excels at going through meeting summaries, referencing every essential tenant of financial planning, and tying all notes together concisely in follow-up emails. It's superb for compliance documentation and capturing nuanced updates to client plans. The Zoom integration is great, and the setup was easy breezy. Overall, it's been a total game-changer, and I'm excited to see future developments as it's incredible just the way it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks Speeds Up Service and Frees Advisors to Focus on Clients"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks helps us improve our speed to service by integrating across our different financial planning platforms, which supports a highly personalized customer experience. By leveraging Zocks, our advisors can spend more time meeting with clients and growing their books of business, and less time drafting notes and writing follow-up emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Integrations still feel like a work in progress, which reduces our confidence in fully automating our processes. Also, the way contacts/participants are captured from meetings can be confusing at times. We really need the ability to add multiple email addresses to the same contact record to keep everything accurate and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lets Me Focus Fully on Clients"
4/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Saves me a ton of work, able to give my full attention to clients in meetings. The record meeting function and summarization are easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Sometimes it makes mistakes. You can't just copy paste into CRM. I find that the writing of emails and templates are too boiler plate and sound like AI so I do not use them. I do use the action items feature which I think helps a ton. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Client Meeting Notes with Searchable Transcripts and Salesforce Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

It lets me focus on the client without worrying about writing down every detail. It captures details that I might otherwise miss, and I can search through the transcription by asking specific questions. I also like being able to connect it to Salesforce so I can keep a clear record of client meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

There have been a few times when it didn’t transcribe even though I thought it was recording. It also seems to lag a bit when switching from one meeting to another or changing the meeting type. Overall, I just wish the processing were a little faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Automatic Meeting Summaries with Accurate Transcripts"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

The automatic meeting summaries are fantastic, and they work wonderfully for creating and organizing meetings. I love how it keeps everything structured and makes detailed note-taking easy. It records all of our meetings with accurate transcripts, and it also automatically captures notes during the meeting, which helps me stay focused while still keeping a clear record of what was discussed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I think the platform’s overall customization could be improved, and having internal reports would be a great addition. I’d also like to see it integrate with Pipedrive in the not-too-distant future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Meeting Reviews with Powerful Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Meeting prep and transcription accuracy. I also like the integration aspects which allows it to pull data from emails and other sources such as Holistiplan for tax summaries. It has provided tremendous support to the meeting review process as well with its ability to pull up specific words and explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Zocks is of course not perfect and can sometimes get the data incorrect. The AI intelligence is quite accurate maybe 95% which is impressive but sometimes are misses with numbers, date and family relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Tool with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I feel like Zocks is a time saver. It allows me to leverage my time a lot better by doing a lot of tasks automatically that I would manually do, like summarizing meetings and giving me ideas and suggestions for emails. These features give me back a lot of my time and handle a lot of the stuff I use regularly, like taking notes. The initial setup was made easier by the staff at Zocks, specifically with the help of Jacob Walton, who was very helpful in getting me off the ground and started with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I would say, the feature where the data only stays for thirty days and you have to make sure that you share it with features like Smart Office or Redtail. Otherwise, you'll lose the information. If that could be corrected, although that might be an internal issue on my company side, not necessarily Zocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks Boosted Team Consistency and Streamlined Client Follow-Ups"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

The biggest impact has been greater consistency and efficiency across the team. Our notes and follow-ups are more organized, information is captured more reliably, and our team has more time to focus on serving clients. Zocks has become a valuable part of our workflow and has helped us provide a more responsive and streamlined client experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

One area that could be improved is privacy configuration. Team sharing was enabled in our account, which allowed other team members to access private Zocks until I changed the settings. The privacy controls are customizable, but I would prefer more privacy-focused default settings and clearer guidance during setup so organizations can confirm exactly who has access from the beginning. "Seamless Redtail Integration That Automates Data Entry and Speeds Up Meeting Prep"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love how seamlessly it integrates with Redtail and the advanced integration capabilities it offers. The admin panel is very user-friendly, and I really appreciate how simple it is to schedule meetings. The customization options are excellent, and it has significantly automated our data entry. As a result, I can get prepared for a meeting in just minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It’s quite complex at first, and setting it up initially felt a bit redundant. It takes some time to get used to everything, and the initial setup comes with a short learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Meetings, Room for Learning"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like that Zocks can automatically take copious notes during my meetings, which I can review later to ensure I don't forget anything important to the client. I also appreciate that my assistant can access Zocks to review meetings throughout the day and know what took place and what tasks need to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I'm still trying to learn how to use it efficiently and know all the different things that I can do. I feel I need more insight into the questions I can ask Zocks about notes, clients, situations, and documents. I want to learn more about what the AI experience can provide for me and my clients.
