"Effortless Budget Tracking with Automation Power"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I use Zocks to keep track of our project budgets, client invoices, and operating expenses, and it's perfect for someone like me who works constantly with multiple clients. I like being able to see my monthly cash flow in two seconds and quickly identify which projects are profitable and which are eroding my margins, which really benefits me. Another advantage is the automation of expenses, so I no longer have to manually assign each transaction. Plus, everything was set up perfectly, and even though I thought it would be complicated, I was completely wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Sometimes I need specific expense reductions for my clients and the system is somewhat rigid, I would like improvements to be made in that area, that's all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Integrations, Needs Faster AI and Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like that Zocks records the meetings we take and helps me send recap emails to our clients. I appreciate that it integrates well with Salesforce and Outlook and has lots of other integrative properties. It's great that Zocks doesn't contain an actual voice recording but includes a transcript, which is awesome for compliance purposes. The Salesforce integration is nice because Zocks can automatically save meeting notes to Salesforce and push recap emails to my Outlook's draft box, making email review and sending very convenient. The initial setup was really easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I think one thing that can be improved about Zocks is that the AI bot is pretty slow when I ask it about meetings compared to other services I've used like Fireflies. Another feature that could be better is the import of contacts from Salesforce, which we've had issues with. Also, the recap emails in Zocks are not as customizable as I would like. I can't train the AI to speak in my firm's language quite how I'd like- it's not as customizable as training a GPT or something. The customization for recap emails is limited compared to other services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified, straight-forward notetaking with minor flaws"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

As a notetaker it is fantastic. It has a very easy to view user interface, integrates well with zoom / teams, never has performance issues and seems like the time you save greatly offsets the cost. Support is always reaching out and the AI synthesizes information quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

My biggest issue is that it occasionally overtly simplifies things or has some rigid limitations. Not being able to pre-fill names into the system for others that might be in the meeting, very difficult to have 2 zock's user's joining the same meeting, just some small usability issues that are sometimes frustrating and require yourself to find workarounds for. "Major Time Savings for Meetings, Notes, and CRM Updates"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

The time savings have been significant. Zocks has dramatically reduced the time we spend on meeting preparation, note-taking, follow-up tasks, CRM updates, and documenting client conversations. Our advisors can stay focused on clients during meetings instead of trying to capture every detail in notes, and our client service team benefits from clearer, more accurate documentation and more streamlined workflows afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

None so far, but I’m looking forward to seeing more integrations and tools added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support, But Takes Time to Adjust"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

What I like most now is that the follow-up drafts give me a starting point, which is helpful since I'm still developing my client voice. Having something to react to is much better than staring at a blank email. The search output has taught me what a complete client record should look like, making me better at knowing what to ask in the room. It fits into the CRM we already use, so there was nothing new to learn there, and it is quick, which helps me stay efficient even if I'm sometimes slower than my senior colleagues. The setup was easy and required no technical skill or API code. The support was patient with us, even when we asked basic questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I nearly gave up on Zocks within a month due to the adjustment period. It doesn't inform me about what I miss in meetings, only what I covered, so when I forget to ask something important, there's no feedback mechanism for it, which is something new advisers need. The pricing is difficult for me to justify personally at my current stage, though I'm fortunate that my firm covers it. Occasionally, it gets details wrong, and that's riskier for me as someone who might not spot the error immediately compared to an experienced adviser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Clarity and Automation with Zocks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I manage transaction reconciliation on Zocks, and I love how I can see in real-time what's happening with e-commerce payments. It gives me clarity and peace of mind since I can instantly recognize issues like payment gateway problems or double charges. I really appreciate not needing any training to understand what's happening. I also enjoy the automation of alerts, which is super helpful because I get notified when something is wrong without constantly checking myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Sometimes I need to generate very specific reports, and the templates don't quite meet my needs. It's not a major problem, but I'd like them to be improved. The templates just need improvements, that's all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Client Meetings and Automated Admin Tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks has transformed how I handle first meetings with prospects by turning initial conversations into something more concrete, which helps prospects sign faster because they can see what working with me actually looks like. It automatically analyzes key points from conversations, saving me from manual analysis and note-taking, as everything is managed automatically. I appreciate how it extracts financial details from discovery conversations into organized fields instead of plain text, making plan reading a quick process. It integrates with tools I already use, so I don't need to retype figures from transcripts into a planning system. The interface is simple, allowing me to review outputs in minutes rather than learning a whole new way of working. Zocks keeps up even on busy prospecting days with several first meetings. Setting it up was painless, requiring no technical support; the setup wizard made it easy, with integration completed almost immediately. Overall, it's effective in managing administrative tasks, freeing me from handling document processing and intake forms manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It captures what a prospect says but not whether they are serious, so qualifying is still up to my judgment, and I'd love some help there. The cost is significant, and I justified it based on closing speed rather than safety, which took a bit of tracking before I could prove it. Also, it occasionally misleads with figures, which is troublesome because a wrong number in a proposal looks bad, so I have to check carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Client Transition with Zocks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I really value the client history feature built up in our CRM with Zocks, which gives me the background I need before every first meeting. The structured summaries are consistent, allowing me to read a client file in just ten minutes without piecing together shorthand notes. I appreciate that everything is organized within the system, so I don't have to sift through a departed colleague's personal files. The screens are simple enough that I navigated without any training, even during periods when I was handling five or six transition meetings a day without any lag or pile-up. The automation tools are invaluable, especially for automatically drafting and reviewing emails on client-requested investment topics. I also love how Zocks automatically analyzes conversations and inputs details into the CRM, saving me from the heavy lifting of judging every meeting or discussion detail. The initial learning took about a week, but the support team was very helpful and provided free training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It gives me the facts but not the field. Like, how a client prefers to be spoken to, or what they are particularly talkative about still comes from conversations with my retired partner. I would love it if Zocks could pick up more of this 'texture,' but it doesn't. Also, the cost of using Zocks seemed awkward because I had just taken on a lot of transition expenses, and I needed to justify the spending. Additionally, I found some details recorded incorrectly, which was uncomfortable when I was relying on them with people I didn't know yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Client Relationships, Streamlines Admin Tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love how Zocks captures personal details as carefully as financial ones, allowing those meaningful insights to come back to me when needed. It's great that it fits into the system I'm already working in, so nothing feels bolted on. I appreciate that it doesn't record the meeting, which feels right because I never wanted conversations to feel strange. What really won me over is how it softens the manual task of jotting down everything clients say, letting me listen carefully to them, making them feel heard and understood. The automating administrative tools, like handling meeting tools and client emails, are a huge help because everything is automatically managed by Zocks. I just approve the task, check details, and it sends the follow-up email to the client. This means I don't have to manually read through entire previous conversations. Instead, I can focus on what really impacts my clients, with Zocks highlighting the important things. The setup was easy with voice mode, and my calendar and system linked up fast without any technical wrestling, which was a pleasant surprise. It clears away the busy work that was crowding out the human side of my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

To be fair about the Zocks, it doesn't always understand which detail actually matters emotionally versus which are just noise. Sometimes it flags something trivial and misses something I would have found meaningful. The judgment is still on me, and the cost is real. For a while, I wasn't sure the personal touch benefit justified it since it's hard to quantify a client's feelings. It occasionally gets facts wrong, so I always need to check the information and facts before relying on anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rekindled My Passion for Work with Efficient Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks has given me the ability to enjoy the part of my job I love most, which is sitting with clients and helping them. It's taken over the burdensome administrative tasks, like recording updates and follow-up emails, so I no longer feel overwhelmed by catch-up work in the evenings. I appreciate that Zocks works without requiring me to become a technology expert. Setting it up was easier than expected, with someone helping me hook it up to my calendar and ERP system seamlessly. I value that it quietly works in the background and integrates with the systems I already use, sparing me from learning new platforms. Importantly, Zocks doesn't record meetings, which is crucial because my clients would be uncomfortable with that. Overall, I'm pretty happy with its performance, automation, and the time it saves me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It's not cheap, and at this point in my career, I did question whether it was worth investing in something new rather than just riding out my remaining years. Though it's a need, it also gets a little wrong now and then. After ten years, I usually catch it, but a new adviser might not, so careful reading is a must. I would gently say it is built for people comfortable with technology, so it took me a little longer than most to trust it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
