"Streamlined Meetings, Needs Note Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like how Zocks automates everything for me, allowing me to just review and adjust, which is excellent. The integration is excellent, automatically updating fields, tasks, and notes. I also find taking notes without recording audio very convenient because transcribing live without saving the recording gives me peace of mind and makes everything run smoothly. Additionally, having all customer data connected across emails, CRM, and planning gives me a complete overview, improving everything, especially email response times, which are super fast. What do you dislike about Zocks?

I don't like that it lacks customization options in the notes because I use different note styles depending on the client. I would like to be able to further modify the templates and structures. In particular, I don't like the style of the notes, especially for planning, cash reversals, and onboarding new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Organization and Impressive Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like that Zocks is pretty easy to use and that it offers a PDF format, which I find helpful for writing comprehensive financial plans. The fact that it connects to Zoom is also something I appreciate. I find the ability to identify who's speaking in the meetings and the financial summary feature quite impressive. What do you dislike about Zocks?

Sometimes it doesn't pick up my calendar the way that I would like it to, and I wish that the naming of the files was easily picked up when it was untitled. Like, when I just go to record, I wish it could just pick up a title from what I was recording and create the title from that rather than just not have a title name. "Streamlined Admin Tasks, Needs UI Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I find Zocks to be a very useful tool for automating time-consuming administrative tasks, allowing me to take notes, manage admission forms, and process documents. I no longer have to deal with repetitive tasks, which frees up time for financial analysis and offering better services. I really like its ability to integrate several functions into a single platform, especially the way it schedules reminders automatically and follows the workflow. The report generation feature is another favorite of mine because I can have analyses ready in minutes, something that used to take days. Overall, Zocks has been invaluable in making me more efficient, which is exactly what we were aiming for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I think the user interface could be improved a bit, particularly because the interface becomes slow on rare occasions. Improving file compatibility would also be great, but I don't have specifics on file types. They should optimize it a bit to make the interface more flexible. "Real-Time Notes with Room for Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like that Zocks not only takes your notes, but also breaks down how much talking you were doing compared to the client, and it gives you a grade. I also like that it gives you the ability to add templates within it to make sure you cover specific items during meetings. It ensures that we capture everything the client says. The templates help us make sure we touch on key items in every meeting and don't overlook them, and the grading allows us to tweak our meetings so that every meeting is a plus quality tier meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Sometimes when tasks are delegated, they're missing information because Zocks doesn't include key items from the notes in the tasks it creates. Setting up Zocks was a bit challenging due to different users using it in various ways, and we're still working out the bugs to make sure it's just right for all of us. Also, the communication with the rep was a bit lacking, as there wasn't enough time to really dive into the setup, so we've been figuring things out as we go, which is kind of challenging. "Effortless Meeting Note Management with Time-Saving AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like that Zocks takes notes for me during client meetings, so I don't have to take notes myself anymore or hire someone to do it. The ability to search through the notes easily using the AI tool is pretty helpful. It saves me time because I can look through the notes easily or copy and paste them into another document if needed. The setup was pretty easy, and the representatives have been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It's not an issue with Zocks as much. It's more what MassMutual allows Zocks to do and to interface with other tools. We can't live link Zocks to eMoney. And, you know, just some other issues like that. But I wouldn't say it's a Zocks issue. I think it's more of a MassMutual issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Meeting Notes with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I find Zocks genuinely very useful for making us more present in client meetings and not having to remember every detail or jot down things on the back of napkins. It centralizes meeting notes so we can easily refer back to them. It's also helpful to have all the meeting notes together in one place instead of random notes scattered in the CRM. I particularly like the client query feature, where I can search through Zocks meetings and the CRM to find specific details, like withdrawals from a client's IRA. The ability to sync tasks into Redtail without copying and pasting is helpful. The setup was pretty intuitive for me since I'm fairly tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

The CRM sync with Redtail is good, but not great. There's some work to be done on meeting summaries, like being unable to attach a spouse to a note as you can directly in Redtail, so we end up having to copy and paste meeting summaries. For some advisers, the app is difficult to manage, with issues like captured notes not appearing in Zocks for a week and app crashes. There are bugs in the iPhone app that need fixing. Also, while I found setup intuitive, someone less tech-savvy might struggle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible note taking"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

The detail in which it captures notes is impeccable. It tracks every little detail so I dont need to worry about writing notes, it captures more than I ever could with pen and paper. It's organization is top notch. It connects with e money, salesforce, and soon chat gpt.

My performance as an advisor drastically increased because I never forget where I'm at with a client and all the things we have worked on throughout our relationship.

the cost is not cheap, but it's worth it 100% and I wouldnt go back.

Anytime i need assistance, the chat function is quick, and I can schedule a calendly meeting generally the same week.

The AI chat function works well, it can find me small details. It is also great with meeting prep because it brings in all our past meetings and notes to keep me updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Some of the integrations disconnect randomly, but it's easy to fix. Some of the integration rollouts with my BD are slow, but it's not necessarily them.

I'd like it to be a bit smarter with picking up the type of meeting I'm holding, but it's not terrible.

I'd also like to be able to edit past meetings even after the transcript is deleted (even just the participants). This is a big frustration, but shouldnt be an issue going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks - A Game-Changer"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks is a game changer. It's an excellent note taking application. It works very well with summarizing key points during phone calls and meetings. It's like a safety net for meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I wish the AI was smart enough to remember frequently used names. For example - one summary will have my named spelled correctly, while another has it misspelled. Another issue I had is when a call drops; I'll have to call back in, however, if I have Zocks in the call with me, it will still create a summary. Would be nice if it recognizes hang ups/disconnects and didn't add them automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Client Management and Optimized Workload"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I lean on Zocks for organizing client work by pulling financial details and personal circumstances into a structured format, which makes managing action items from meetings more efficient. It really splits the workload between me and my assistant nicely. What I like most is how it frees up my assistant from typing meeting notes and data entry. Now, those tasks happen automatically, allowing her to focus on more meaningful work, such as calling clients and checking paperwork, without needing more hours. I really appreciate that nothing gets permanently recorded, which aligns with my preference for privacy. Also, the support team is reliable and understands how small advisory practices work, which helped streamline the setup process that only took half a day. It even allowed my assistant to pick up the system faster than I did. Overall, Zocks has delivered on saving time and enabling us to focus on work that's worth doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

My assistant can see what came out of a meeting, but she cannot easily see what needs doing across all my clients, so we still keep a shared list by hand for that. I also cannot tell her which follow-up is urgent and which can wait, so she has to ask me, which slightly defeats the purpose. It also gets a detail wrong now and then, which is fine when I catch it, but she doesn't always know enough to spot the wrong figures. So, I still need to read things before they go out. "Rapid Follow-Up Enhances Client Trust"
4/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love that Zocks handles what happens around my client meetings by picking up on what is discussed, keeping our records current, and writing the first draft of emails I need to send. One of the best features is the speed; my follow-ups now land the same day, which is crucial because clients have noticed how on top of things I seem. The email drafts pick up specifics from our conversation rather than being generic, and they align closely with my style of voice. It also analyzes conversations precisely, saving me a couple of hours that I'd otherwise spend manually going through the transcripts. The setup was quick and easy, thanks to the installation wizard, which required no technical experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Zocks writes a good email, but it doesn't know when not to send one. So, short check-in calls can produce a follow-up that is more formal than the conversation warranted. I have to trim it back, and I wish it could vary the tone depending on the context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
