"Zocks Saves Time with Meeting Notes and Follow-Ups"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

What I like best about Zocks is how much time it saves by automatically capturing meeting notes and generating follow-up tasks and emails. It allows me to stay fully engaged in client conversations instead of focusing on administrative work, making my workflow more efficient, organized, and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

One area that could use some improvement is the document intelligence functionality, as I've found it isn't always as refined as I'd like. Other than that, my experience with Zocks has been very positive, and it has been a valuable tool for improving efficiency and streamlining my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Okay Notes and Summaries, But needs many changes!"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Notetaking, customizable notes, summaries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Many things:

1. When I enter the 2-factor authentication code during login, I still have to press the "Done" button—an extra step that isn’t required in many other programs and should be totally unnecessary -- I guess AI can’t figure out that I’ve already entered the correct code; it needs my help???

2. The "Find and Replace" link isn't inside the "Edit" link; it took me a while to figure out where it was, I sure thought that "Find and Replace" is an edit function!!!!

3. When Zocks join me for an unscheduled client call, it won't allow me to edit the client's name in the Meeting Summary, nor put in the correct email address for the client. I have to copy the Meeting notes, put it into a Word doc, edit it there and then copy and paste that into the client's WealthBox client file; totally unnecessary steps.

4. I have questioned the reliability of Zocks. I record client meeting on my phone being told that is better, but even that sometimes doesn't record the meeting (a fact I don't find out until later) and I have to reproduce the notes myself. I've been told that the recording though my PC during the meeting isn't as effective, especially using the PC to wirelessly project various document onto a screen.

5. The summaries are too repetitive in the points: the same thing shows up in different areas making the summaries too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks Boosted My Meeting Prep and AI Notes—More Focus, Less Busywork"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks’ meeting-prep capabilities have noticeably improved my efficiency when I’m getting ready for a meeting. I spend less time on prep work, which frees up time I can put toward other parts of my business.

The AI note-taking feature also helps me stay focused on the conversation instead of trying to capture every detail myself. It’s been especially useful for recording specific moments and timestamps that I might not have thought much about in the moment. As a result, I now have more client-specific information, including details like pets’ names, vacation destinations, and the names of other family members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Most of the issues I ran into were during the initial integration setup. Once it was integrated, it was still difficult to find the data at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One-Click Salesforce Export and a Brilliant AI Assistant Save Us Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

one click data export to Salesforce. Saves a bunch of time not having to copy/paste notes and tasks into salesforce. I also like the Zocks AI assistant for asking questions abt what was discussed during a meeting. That is helpful for our operations team to not have to review all the notes (there are usually alot) to find one thing. I also like that we can create forms to pull in certain inforamtion from meetings, this is helpful for client personal data for filling out applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

There is not an integration with calendly which means the advisors have to always copy/paste the link into the live meeting to make sure the assistant joins. I also do not like that we do not get to see upcoming meetings, but that is a MassMutual thing, not zocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Accurate Meeting Summaries with Strong Integrations and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

the Meeting summary is extremely accurate and reliable and I don't have to spend a lot of time editing and making corrections. The integrations cover most of the relevant technologies within my tech stack. Our implementation team has been great to work with and has been very supportive and a great partner to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

some of the enterprise level features could be enhanced. For example, the methodology for sharing meeting types and templates is quite clunky and time consuming and not super intuitive. I would love the ability to share meeting types and templates directly with different teams (sub-accounts). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easiest software rollout we've had—outstanding support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

The platform itself is fantastic, but what truly sets Zocks apart is the support team and the effortless onboarding experience. Rolling out new software across a firm can often be a headache, but Zocks made bringing our users onboard super easy. Whenever we have questions or need guidance, their support team is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. Any minor feature requests or tweaks we’ve asked about are either already on their roadmap or handled quickly by their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer for Streamlined Client Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

This has helped streamline my pre- and post-meeting activities so much that nothing falls through the cracks. It’s also helped me provide a consistent, great experience for my clients. The price is very reasonable considering how much time is saved over the course of the year. The support team is also very helpful in helping me customize my experience so things continue to run more efficiently. I'd say before, after a meeting I typically would spend 1-1.5 hours on the various activities/notes/emails. I now can get it done in less than 15 minutes. With 6-10 meetings a week, that adds up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I’d like a slightly easier way to insert prompts in the templates. I usually have to ask the support team for help to get them set up the way I want, because my prompts tend to be a bit more intricate than the ones I use in other mainstream AI programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks Saves Me Hours with Detailed Meeting Summaries and Follow-Ups"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zach saves me at least five hours a week. I no longer have to take notes during meetings because it prepares detailed summaries and email follow-ups for me. It also integrates with other technology providers I use, and it helps me prep for meetings so I can stay focused on the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

There is not much that I do not like about Zocks. Sometimes, there our times where it stops recording. That could be a result of the hardware that I’m using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks Saves Time with Easy CRM Integration and Detailed Meeting Notes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks has helped me save a lot of time on my post-meeting notes and meeting prep, and it’s been easy to use while integrating smoothly with my CRM. It also does a great job of picking up even the small details that get mentioned, which helps me strengthen my client relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It isn’t the easiest to use for phone appointments. It takes a few steps to set up before the call, and that isn’t very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Meeting Management with CRM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I use Zocks to capture conversations with SIP and attorneys who refer business to me, and I like how the structured capture works not just for formal client reviews but for any meetings. This means I don't need a separate system for managing referral relationships. The follow-up features are really handy because they work just as well for quick notes to a CPA as they do for client emails, making it easy to maintain relationships in a few minutes. I find the integration with our CRM really beneficial, as it keeps referral context and notes alongside everything else, so I don't have to check them in a separate spreadsheet. It's also great that I can use it for almost any discussion—whether it's with a CPA, client, or referral—all from the same platform, eliminating the need to switch tools. Performance is consistent, and although support hadn't specifically considered my use case, they were still helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

What I think needs improvement is that they don't distinguish between client and referral partners in how it searches output, so sometimes I get mixed up files for financial planning and CPA conversations. I just ignore them. It also doesn't flag when I haven't spoken to a strong referral source in months, which would help me prioritize. Pricing wasn't built with this secondary use in mind, so I'm essentially paying full price for a use case that's a smaller slice of what I actually do with it.
