"Zocks: Revolutionized My Note-Taking and Follow-Up Process"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I use Zocks for all my clients and prospect meetings, primarily to assist with note taking and follow-up items. It saves me a tremendous amount of time by helping me put my thoughts together and catching items I might miss during a normal handwritten note-taking process. I think Zocks is incredibly easy to use, and I appreciate the ability to go back and read the notes in various ways. The simplicity and the amazing summaries generated, along with the next steps, client aspects, and data gathering for future reference, are all incredible. The setup was incredibly easy and efficient, getting me up and running within forty-eight hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Right now, I think that one improvement would be to be able to go in and capture data and make an edit to something like a contact that wasn't caught in conversation. So for instance, simply being able to add in a date of birth to a contact after a meeting would be an incredible benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Staying Present and Nothing Falling Through the Cracks"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Being able to fully be present in meetings with clients, and vice versa. Knowing every single detail will be captured allows for more authentic and naturally flowing dialogue. On top of this, being able to get follow up's out so quickly, and add every single follow up task right to our Redtail calendar ensures that clients get prompt service and nothing's going to fall through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I don't like that some of the integration features are behind a higher subscription level. We already pay for both Claude and Zocks, so being able to have them integrated using the base level subscriptions would be nice. The other small issue I have is that when multiple advisors are in a meeting it categorizes us under two separate "financial advisor" headings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless integrations, fast support, and frequent new features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks integrates with a large percentage of our tech stack. This helps us save time and reduce duplicate data entry and having to check multiple places for specific client information. This helps our advisors onboard clients more quickly and help more families in the same amount of time. It also saves us money by requiring fewer admins per advisor. Their support team is very responsive the new features are launching constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

In some places Zocks is a bit rigid - like its meeting summary and follow up templates. (They have since launched features to help streamline these processes.) Their transcriptions are mostly good - sometimes it gets tripped up when people speak over each other or misattributing a comment to the wrong person or mistaking sarcasm as a genuine comment. "Captures Every Detail, Lets Me Focus on Clients"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I use Zocks for client meetings, and it lets me focus on the meeting instead of trying to capture it all on paper. It's very accurate at picking up info and capturing even small details. In one recent meeting, the client rambled their children's names and ages really fast, and I would never have picked up all that info on my own, but Zocks caught it. I also use it with Salesforce. What do you dislike about Zocks?

{"I did lose a meeting somehow. The back office wasn't able to find it for me and that was very upsetting.","Zocks setup was not easy. I still don't think I understand all the potential. I would love to have a live tutorial."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Huge Time Saver: Smart Note-Taking and CRM-Linked Recorded Notes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I think taking notes is one of the most tedious parts of the job as an advisor. To be able to have them taken as I go along and then synthesized in a way that makes a lot of sense to me is a huge blessing.

I probably don't even take as much advantage of some of the follow-up features as I do, but just being able to link recorded notes to my CRM feels like a very big time saver and way to cover my bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Sometimes I feel like the user experience is a little clunky, and I definitely feel like the app has some work to do. I feel like I get logged out almost every time I open the app again, and am not able to readily pull things up as quickly as I need.

On top of that, the three-way call feature doesn't always work great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing Notes with Zocks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

The notes are so much better than any other AI companion tool that we have used. It's a game changer. We love how well Zocks does at vocal recognition between different parties. The form fill option is very interesting and we will be looking into that soon. The support and onboarding process was made very easy by Jacob Dulski. We like how Zocks integrates with Zoom and phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

The pricing is a bit high for us, but we understand the value of the capabilites of the product. At Mass Mutual we also cannot use some integrations (CRM, outlook, etc), which takes away from the funtionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands-Free Note-Taking and Great Follow-Up Emails That Keep Me Fully Engaged"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

That it takes notes for me so that I can pay attention to the client and fully engage. I like that it also prepares a follow-up email and has customizable prompts to edit it to a way that sounds like yourself with little editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

At first i didn't like how the numbers were inaccurate in the notes but over the past few months, it has improved on accuracy. It still captures way too much data that we are constantly having to update prompts to reduce the details Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Note-Taking with Strong Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I primarily use Zocks for note-taking and meeting preparation. The note-taking feature is by far the best because it allows me to fully engage in meetings with clients without being distracted. I also find the integrations very solid, as I can connect it with our CRM, Advisor Engine, Hollistiplan, and E Money. This is extremely valuable for meeting prep because Zocks pulls information from all these sources to provide a great overview of the client. Additionally, I found the setup to be crazy easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

After meetings are over, returning information to the integrations can be clunky. E-money can be semi manual but still allows you to be accurate. Cannot do much with adding info to our workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks Streamlines Meeting Prep and Follow-Up, Saving Time and Organizing Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks assists in so many ways, since it’s not only a note-taking software. In my practice, I’ve found that meeting prep and follow-up are where it has helped me the most. The meeting prep assistance was an unexpected jewel, and it has saved me so much time. Not only has it saved me time, but it has also made my workflow smoother and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I don't have any negatives to share. I have found their support to be excellent whenever I have had a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Note-Taking with Zocks, Needs Some Tweaks"
5/5
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like that Zocks keeps my notes for me, which is one of the most time-consuming tasks I have for clients, and it organizes them in a very professional way. It allows me to keep my attention on my clients without constantly scribbling notes. I appreciate not having to do notes right after meetings because Zocks provides a good transcript, so I can do the notes when I need to or when I have time. The tables feature lets me quickly see what values and accounts we discussed, and it bullet points what my client and I agreed to. At the end of the notes, we're able to have a built-in agenda ready for what needs to happen next. Its integration with Outlook is handy as it automatically generates an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It definitely isn't very good at learning common things like names. We have a bank that's PS Bank, and it consistently spells that wrong. It also struggles with names of clients and sometimes doesn't correctly identify who is speaking, me or the client. You definitely have to edit everything. You can't just leave it as it is; it really needs editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
