**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like Zocks for meeting prep. Its integrations with CRM and planning software are helpful in getting ready for what's likely to be discussed in upcoming meetings. Setting up my personal integrations was very easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I don't like that there's inconsistency in capturing upcoming meetings from Outlook Calendar. Sometimes it doesn't capture upcoming meetings, so I have to manually create them in Zocks.

Zocks ensures there's always a note taker and offers a review of previous meetings. Its CRM and planning software integrations make meeting prep easier by anticipating discussion points.

It makes some assumptions that are not always accurate.

Extensive notes and specifics that I would never include.  It also remembers information that relate to the meeting from beginning to end.  Very good feature.

Super helpful, and the follow-up emails are the best.

The connectivity has still not been working the best. More specifically what I mean is the auto connect feature through Zoom.

It is solving having to have two advisors in on one call and is providing great. Follow up and details for our staff.

Zocks has truly simplified meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up for me. Having everything organized in one place makes it incredibly easy to keep track of details. Its integration with our other software has also saved me a significant amount of time.

The full meeting notes and AI-generated information take a little time to be completed after the meeting, but the details provided are still very helpful.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preparing for meetings, taking notes, and handling follow-ups have all become much easier. This has saved me a significant amount of time in my daily routine.

It makes meetings easier, due to not having to take notes. It makes following up easier, due to putting together recap emails. It pulls out all of the relevant information for storage, and helps me organize action steps.

There are very few things that I dislike. I just wish my company would approve all of the integrations.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My support and I went from looking into hiring a new assistant, to suddenly having a few extra hours a week. The impact was huge, and it is only going to get better.

Zocks has been an amazing AI tool. It has helped with our note taking, meeting prep and follow up, and will continue to save us time across our entire business.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The only downside to Zocks is not specific to Zocks, but any AI tool, is that there are still some mistakes and the tool still requires some human in the loop.

Zocks is an AI note taker that is helping me stay more engaged in client meetings. It is also expediting my follow up to clients and saving me time dictating after meetings.

I find Zocks easy to use and mostly reliable. It does a good job of breaking things down and getting the important information, which helps save time spent on taking notes and following up on action items. The initial setup was easy, too, and in general, it's a good service.

It doesn't catch everything, I still take notes on paper and sometimes it misses things.

I really appreciate how Zocks saves me a tremendous amount of time through its dictation capabilities. The fact that it can summarize my conversations with clients and prepare an email is incredibly valuable to me. Additionally, the initial setup of Zocks was very easy, which made the transition swift and hassle-free. I also like how seamlessly Zocks integrates with Redtail Technology CRM, allowing for a smooth workflow between tools. These features collectively make Zocks a tool I would very likely recommend to friends or colleagues.

I can’t imagine running my business without it now. There is no good reason NOT to use it. It’s been a game changer starting with the basic package. Now I plan to upgrade and utilize all Zocks has to offer. There’s a limited learning curve, it’s very easy to sign up and get rolling.

Sometimes I have trouble linking a retail client to the meeting.

Some of these new features are buggy at times, but the team is usually quick to resolve.

I thought the sometimes-painful reconciling of my meeting notes was a critical part of my process to deliver comprehensive financial planning, but the digital assistant captures what I need and allows me to be focused and present with my clients. It often captures details I might have missed then synthesizes topics and action items. Post meeting processes now are completed in just minutes! Most fun tech in my stack!

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It's a learning curve to figure out how to customize the many options for templates (meeting, email, etc.) to optimally meet my needs. It's worthwhile to figure it out but it feels clumsy--could be user error.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines and improves post-meeting tasks saving me time and delivering value to my clients.

It's very easy to use. It's extremely accurate in what it produces both in summary and in action items. The follow up email to clients calls back to personal anecdotes that even I forgot.

It's hard to remember to turn it on for in person calls. Not Zocks fault, but I'm also a new user and forget I have it.

Zocks makes keeping track of minute detailes easy and effortless. It also reminds me of the personal touch. The time savings pre and post meeting are incredible.

Not as many integrations yet but hoping they will continue to develop new workflow plugins and create new integrations between different software platforms.

We began looking into using AI for note taking earlier this year and we're led to Zocks as a pre-approved platform through our broker dealer. The note taking capabilities have significantly reduced our prep time and has been extremely convenient to use on our client calls.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

We mainly use the platform for note taking and meeting prep so we may not be using the platform to its fullest extent; however, we have not run into any significant issues and have really only had to work out a few kinks that come with using new technology.

Zocks has significantly reduced our prep/review time. We use zocks on all client calls and meetings. The notes taken are always accurate and can be organized in a way that suits our needs.

It's taking a little time to write in a style that is my own "voice" but I'm still learning how to refine it.

I love being able to connect it to our calendar and choose the different templates for the different types of meetings we have.

Some of the templates can be really repetitive but if you go in and edit them to what you are looking for, that fixes the issue.

The meeting notes can often be repetitive/redundant as certain items can be found multiple times throughout the meeting summary.

It is allowing myself and our team to stay fully engaged with clients during our virtual and telephone meetings, rather than having to worry about missing a key fact or figure that's been revealed by the client during conversation.

It's a little buggy. Sometimes the Notetaker joins my Zoom calls and sometime it doesn't. I need to cut a paste the meeting location into the Zocks page.

The app is very minimalist so you cannot access notes from the app.

Zocks has been an integral part of our business. It significantly reduces meeting wrap-up time, is fully customizable to meet our needs, offers strong word-recognition accuracy, and is easy to use. Zock's also has wonderful, prompt customer service!

There is a bit of adjusting that needs to happen on the front end to make sure it is customized to you. Not a negative, just a little time consuming.

The notes summary and the financial-specific summaries are accurate and complete.

It has not yet been integrated with my CRM, Advyzon.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks has really helped reduce my mental load when it comes to listening to clients, keeping track of all the details, and remembering follow-up tasks. Now, it provides me with notes that accurately capture my meetings, including clear summaries, follow-up tasks, and decisions.

I can pay attention to the conversation more without being focused on writing down key details. Saves 3-4 hours every week by integrating to the CRM.

I cannot distinguish what has been uploaded to the CRM and what has not.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like the financial facts by topic section because it's nice to be able to see the different areas of financial planning in separately, even if that's not how things were discussed within the meeting. Overall, I really like the different sections we're able to use (like Financial Summary, Client's Talking Points, Family Tree, Email Follow Up, etc.) and how they can be customized, down to where they show up in the Meeting summary, based on meeting type. Another upside is the email follow up section, it gives a great draft for an email and usually doesn't have to be tweaked much. It just saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I'm not a big fan of the UI. While it does look decent, I find that navigating through it can be time-consuming. Sometimes, the site feels sluggish, and if I switch between advisors or view a specific advisor's meeting and then use Zocks' back arrow (not the browser's), the site can become unresponsive. Additionally, the way meeting participants are displayed is often confusing. Occasionally, someone appears twice once as a client and again as a guest - or a client is mistakenly listed as a guest. Fixing this isn't as straightforward as I would expect, and I think the it could be more intuitive.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's no need for an actual notetaker in meetings so advisor's can just focus on the meeting. It's also saving time with meeting follow ups.

Zocks records no client discussions while automating meeting preparation, taking thorough notes during both in-person and virtual meetings, capturing action items, and creating client follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Very few people know about zocks as it's not much popular yet so everytime it's only me who has to teach others or recommend others to use this.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates everything: from noting down client conversations to scheduling client meetings in a while.
