Ziva by Zephior is a response management platform that uses AI to generate, review, and deliver responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, public tenders, and funding applications. Proposal teams spend 30+ hours per response, most of it on repetitive work: hunting down past answers, copy-pasting into Excel cells, reformatting documents. Ziva cuts that to under 3 hours, an 11x speed improvement with a 4% rework rate on generated drafts. The platform has two modes that work from a single knowledge base. The questionnaire engine uses RAG to produce responses at 3-4 per minute, each with inline source citations and a trust score so reviewers know what to verify. The proposal engine runs Ziva inside a secure environment where she creates finished DOCX, PPTX, and PDF documents directly. Key capabilities: - Format-agnostic Excel handling. Input in one language, output in another, across 100+ languages. Works with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, images, and markdown. - Parallel collaboration. Multiple team members and multiple Ziva instances work on the same proposal simultaneously. - Tender discovery. Ziva monitors procurement portals (SIMAP, TED Europa, SAM.gov), scores opportunities against your knowledge base, and delivers matches to a built-in inbox. - Data sovereignty by design. Three deployment options: global cloud, dedicated EU infrastructure, or 100% Swiss-hosted with zero US-company exposure. GDPR, Swiss FADP, and EU AI Act aligned. SOC 2 Type II audited. Ziva handles the full response lifecycle: sourcing, drafting, reviewing, exporting, and learning from each round.
