It was a bit slow to start to get the training I needed to hit the ground running but once I was more familiar with Marketo and had a better grasp of identifying the issues and asking Zirous for exactly what I needed, the process and support became more efficient and streamlined. I like that I can reach out with questions or concerns as they arise and Hannah stays responsive, friendly, professional, and concise! We worked with our Digital Marketing Consultant, Hannah, to implement Adobe Marketo for our business. She provided trainings on how to use our new marketing automation system and helped with initial setup and integration with our CRM. Now we work with her regularly on a variety of digital marketing projects such as email campaigns, template customizations, lead scoring systems, building landing pages, and automating our database cleanup. We've been working with Zirous for over a year to analyze our marketing automation setup, optimize integrations, and troubleshoot issues. They have been wonderful to partner with, and help give us an extra set of hands for certain tasks that our small team might not have the bandwidth for. Zirous burned through 2/3 of our hours on inconsequential tasks, leaving our implementation half complete with no hours left on our contract. That forced us to go over-budget.
