Most companies already own Teams Phone inside a Microsoft license they pay for every month. Very few use it, so they pay for a phone system twice: once to Microsoft, once to whoever they bought the old one from. ZIRO closes that gap. Software documents the existing phone system automatically, migrates users in bulk, and then hands day-to-day administration to a regular helpdesk instead of a voice specialist. Professional services and managed services are available for teams who would rather hand the work over. Everything runs inside the customer's own Microsoft 365 or Cisco environment. Nothing new to secure. Sixteen years in enterprise voice. More than 200 enterprise customers. Headquartered in Montreal, serving customers across North America and Europe. Formerly Stack8.
