ZipZest is online food ordering software for restaurant management and customer order fulfillment. It enables establishments to operate their own branded system without relying on commission-based third-party aggregators. The platform streamlines order acceptance, delivery management, pickups, and payment processing. Its menu system organizes dishes with photos, descriptions, and customizable options like sizes and ingredients, with pricing adjusting automatically. Real-time order management notifies staff of new orders and tracks preparation status via kitchen display systems, ensuring efficient workflows. Delivery and pickup operations are customizable, with service zones defined by mapping or postal codes. Restaurants can set timing, fees, and minimum order values for each zone. Supported payment methods include Twint, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. Operating on a fixed subscription model, the platform ensures compliance with Swiss data hosting regulations.
