What do you like best about ZipRecruiter?

I use ZipRecruiter to search for jobs and it allows me to find jobs locally with specific details. I like that it updates daily, if not hourly. I also appreciate that resumes are easy to use in ZipRecruiter. The initial setup was simple, just requiring me to identify myself and my location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?

What do you like best about ZipRecruiter?

I like the filters on ZipRecruiter. I can filter by job type, employer type, and date posted, which makes the search more tailored to what I'm looking for. There's also a new tool that helps me get noticed by writing a little summary of why I'm a great fit for the job. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The filter section is not as good as I had expected. I wish they had more options for filtering location priorities like remote or on-site, specific job options etc. I keep getting sales job positions on my home page even though I've never applied for any sales position. I love ZipRecruiter for its convenient one-click apply feature. It's really user-friendly and saves me time. Additionally, I appreciate that ZipRecruiter sends daily emails in regards to job opportunities, specifically those I might have missed or may not have been privy to. I don't believe that ZipRecruiter is a go-to platform for many employers. When you apply, even though there are a ton of options for employment globally, it doesn't seem as if companies are really relying on ZipRecruiter to find the best candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
