Which most sites do not have. Absolutley amazing and the greatest idea! Implementing my resume was very easy I uploaded the file and Phil autofilled and tailored my information to fit my job search. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** So far I have not had anything peronally that i dislike about ZipRecruiter. The only thing I can say that I dislike is there is too many options. I like having options, but sometimes too many makes it hard to narrow down or zoom in on what exactly it is I am looking for. **What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been searching and searching for a position for about 6 months now. Ive been on every job search site there is, done interviews, assesments, everything and still no offers or potential offers. Also, I feel the searches I perform on ZipRecuiter are more extensive then say Indeed for example. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** I think the downsides are not really ZipRecuiter related but employer-wide related. I think this idea of companies using AI to decide on which resumes get an interview and which are discarded takes away from finding the absolute right person. There is no human interaction so a perspective employer does not get to know, in person, if the candidate chosen for that interview is truly the right for the job. **What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem it solves is getting my resume out to many more perspective employers than I could do going "door to door." As far as benefiting me? The site is very professional, not one of the sites where you click to find a job and find a hundred other links instead. The blue borders around active boxes are very helpful if you get distracted while inputting data. It is all around very user friendly. It is a great feeling to finish inputting all your resume data and have it stored there for easy applying. The AI feature is nice too with friendly Phil. The app on my iPhone is visually more appealing than "competitors" also. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** I have only really seen upsides, so all I can say is maybe that it could have links to city Chamber of Commerce sites so people can find businesses to invite to view their profile on ZipRecruiter (and others'). I find it useful to see both kinds of job postings. My past jobs have helped to make me who I am today, as a job seeker, and I can configure ZipRecruiter to find a previous job title and allow another automatic email to locate jobs that utilize the newer skills I have acquired. I have been able to frequently use ZipRecruiter over the past few months, and modifying my job search to align my past with my desires for the future has been what I like the most about ZipRecruiter. Setting up an automated email is also equally easy. All one has to do is perform a new search, check a box, and new job postings will begin to appear in your inbox. I wish other sites were this easy to implement. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** There are two things I dislike about ZipRecruiter: 1-The app is no longer able to work on my iOS device, since it requires a software version my device cannot yet use. 2-The number of emails received is both a blessing and a curse. A user needs to constantly monitor their search history and which email alerts are currently in use. I recognize this is a situation of my own making, but maybe a cap to the number of emails received in a week or a day would also help. **What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZipRecruiter allows me to view only jobs that are within my preferred salary range (either real or esitmated) as well as jobs that are suited to my wishes. There is also a great benefit to the "1-click apply" options that some job postings have. This allows me to search for jobs that are more to my desire for location and/or salary, as well as review new postings that are sent via email. Sometimes I cannot spend the time to review the site, but knowingI can find a posting that interets me later by opening an email allows me to search for jobs more efficiently. Finally, I feel very confident int he job postings that ZipRecruiter shares. I once had personal information about my identity stolen when I applied to a job on another site. This is a situation that I feel ZipRecruiter protects job seekers from having to worry about. ### 28. It was easy to create the accoutn and upload my info. I like the sync option as well. I have never had to use customer support becauase I've never had an issue! This is my second time using Ziprecruiter because I found my last job on this site as well. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** A lot of repeat job postings for the same job. **What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving the problem of having to manually apply for every application. The one-click option to apply is very convienient to be able to apply for more jobs through the day instead of having to spend 10+ minutes on each one. ### 31.
