One of my favorite upsides of ZipRecruiter is its ease and strong convenience of the UI, which can hardly ever be found on other popular job boards, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Jobright.ai. And all the features work seamlessly and reliably. Intelligent AI job search functionality is also a great advantage that helps us find appropriate jobs within 30 mins. Compared with many ATS systems, if ZipRecruiter lowered its current pricing, it would likely attract more jobseekers and employers, and make the platform even more appealing to use. "Streamlined Job Search with Easy Filters" 5/5 What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? I like that ZipRecruiter is easy to use. It helps me by allowing me to filter down to what I'm looking for, including visa access. This saves me time by filtering out jobs that I'm not really looking for and can kinda streamline the process. The initial setup is very easy too. I'd rate it a 10 because it's very useful. I have been using ZipRecruiter to find new career opportunities, and I highly recommend it to anyone currently on the job hunt. Compared to other job boards, I have had significantly more success here, with multiple employers reaching out directly. One of my favorite features is Phil, the AI recruiter bot. I really enjoy how he notifies me the moment an employer views my resume, as it gives me hope. Phil acts like a personal assistant, sending me email notifications when an employer views my application. Additionally, the navigation is very easy, making the initial setup very simple. You can't easily tell Phil, 'this job isn't a fit,' to downvote specific roles, which can result in repetitive or irrelevant job suggestions in your feeds and alerts.
