Great as an intake and workflow tool. Great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrations are not fully baked. Heavy work on our tech team to build our integrations that we thought would have been given to us out of box. No room for two way sync with WSS. Renewals are clunky for our process. Lots of work on the part of our Buyers to get the benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love having a single platform for the entire Procure-to-Pay process; it has simplified our workflow significantly. The continuous release of new features also helps us improve further.
I particularly appreciate the ease of making payments. Before using ZIP, the Accounts Payable team would spend over half a working day preparing the payment run. Now, it only takes 45 minutes.
From a procurement perspective, the flexibility of workflows and the template library allowed us to create a custom workflow that simplifies and shortens the approval cycle time. I also appreciate the dynamic approval logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main drawback of the ZIP system is its vendor master data management, which is integrated into the purchase request workflow. This system does not permit us to lock certain critical data—such as payment terms and currency—during the vendor onboarding process. This information should be entered when a vendor is first onboarded and subsequently locked, so it is not requested with every new purchase request. In other words, similar to all other ERPs and P2P platforms, certain data should be set up at the vendor level and should not be triggered with each new purchase request. I like the instant improvement we experienced with Zip. Day 1 with Zip was a change we dearly needed. Our improved spend visibility and auditable process that can be tailored on the fly by the Zip admin with out any vendor involvement is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the spend data could be a little better. Right now all spend from an agreement is captured as spend in the year that the agreement was completed, even if it is a multi year agreement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting is limited and invoices can be slow to process. More robust analytics and smoother billing would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

*Logically and simply built; easy to modify and customize for your specific needs
*Works well at any scope and scale; startup to enterprise
*Integrations with the systems our teams already use make it easy for various departments to interact with Zip
*Support team is great; quick to reply and friendly
*Couldn't be more simple for end users and people that aren't heavy users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
*I just wish their virtual card offering was a bit better or that they offered integrations with other virtual card providers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having everything accessible within a single window and request makes the experience much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have encountered challenges with customization, particularly in the procure-to-pay process. Additionally, the pricing structure requires that each module be purchased individually, which can be inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
