"Dynamic Workflows Empower Our Procurement Process"
4/5
What do you like best about Zip?

I appreciate the dynamic workflow that Zip offers, which is incredibly beneficial for my organization due to its configurability and adaptability to our ever-changing policies and processes. This feature has proven to be an asset in customizing workflows specifically to our needs at Docker. The integration team made the setup process smooth by collaborating effectively with us to create customized workflows, which I find crucial. Zip significantly improves efficiency by decreasing the time spent on reviewing requests and speeding up the procurement process, all while integrating it into a single platform that enhances communication among stakeholders. The integrations with third-party applications like Jira and Iron Cloud are extremely valuable, as they streamline our processes and make management comprehensive and easy. I value the capability of Zip to create bespoke workflows not only for procurement but for various other request types, making it highly adaptable to situational and case-by-case needs. What do you dislike about Zip?

I think the workflows for virtual cards could be improved as they're not as seamless as purchase orders. They seem less configurable, requiring a bit more manual review on aspects like receipt compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zip?

I find the admin features lacking in Zip, as I often have to rely on the Zip team to enable or disable certain settings, which feels restrictive. I'd prefer to have more control to manage these features independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
