Their customer support is fantastic and available to meet regularly to answer any questions we have. They have also been very receptive to feedback about additional features we'd like to see and have implemented a number of requested items. The system is very easy to use from an admin and user perspective. The platform is very customizable which makes it easy for us to configure our internal processes with the tool. In my experience, Zip has proven to be quite agile in terms of its functionality, there are many customizations and configurations available. Zip Intake still leaves some to be desired in terms of reporting; particularly when it comes to tracking maintenance renewals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Zip captures a lot of useful data on the front end / intake process that makes it easier for our review teams in legal & privacy to better assess incoming agreements.
