Organizers use it to take vendor applications, assign booths on a map, collect booth fees, sell tickets and run the event's website. Features: - Vendor applications with custom fields and file uploads - Approval for each event, with optional pre-booking and bulk date requests - Venue builder: drag-and-drop booth maps, multiple floors, set sizes and prices for each space, searchable public map - Payments through Square, Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net or Zinifly Payments: deposits and balances, automatic invoices and receipts, refunds, and optional charging of a saved card when a booking is approved - Document collection with deadlines (insurance, permits, licenses, agreements) and signature capture - Ticketing: unlimited ticket types, discount codes, reserved seating or general admission, QR code check-in using a phone or tablet - Organizer website on a custom domain with SSL, with a page builder and blog - Email announcements (sent from the organizer's own domain once it is verified) and SMS announcements to all vendors or a selected group - Vendor profiles, mini-sites and online stores with inventory, shipping and subscriptions - Volunteer sign-up, approval and assignment to events - Management of artists, speakers and sponsors - Vendor loyalty tiers and referral credits - Reports on revenue, bookings, vendors, attendance and website traffic Pricing: Professional is $149 per month (up to 750 vendors, 30 events per month, 3 venues). Enterprise is $399 per month (up to 2,000 vendors, 90 events per month, 10 venues). Both plans include every feature and 100 text messages a month, with additional texts at $0.05 each. A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required, and setup and data migration are included. Card processing fees are charged separately by the payment processor, and sales through vendor online stores carry a 2.5% platform fee. Zinifly Lite, a smaller plan for basic vendor applications, payments and event pages, is $29 per month plus 5% of sales.
