Nothing at all, as a user I have not even found one good thing about ZingHR in the entire year of using the software as an employee of a company that had deployed Zing, replacing Keka which was proving to be more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where do I even start

1) App simply doesn't work, countless tries to troubleshoot have be unfruitful. I cannot do anything on my mobile, be it apply for leaves or submit a reimbursement.

2) The platform Goals section randomly gets in frozen state, not able to load the important screens in my laptop. Somehow my HR guy does some black magic of login and logout and then it starts working.

3) The UI absolutely sucks, and is from the middle ages. They have not done any work on improving the user experience to do any simple tasks. Its just plain ugly.

4) I don't even know if customer support exists, as I have raised countless times without any approve.

5) Applying for leaves takes too much time, and is an extremely cumbersome process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where we can monitor the employee things in one portal like attendance, leave, employee contact details, other notifications everything.
