The best thing I like is the constant improvements. Lately, there have been some interesting feature updates that make it easier to create automations- things like merging routes and requesting credentials from the client through the system, introducing loop logic, etc. I’ve also noticed improvements in creating AI agents; making them available through a single automation is a huge benefit.

Regarding support, I get quick responses since I’m a certified partner.

The system has a huge list of integrations, though it's totally fine implementing custom integrations as well.

I've also noticed very pleasant improvements in addressing confusing UI/UX experiences - like making filter states more visible, making it possible to copy filters and other details that make the use of the system much more efficient and enjoyable.

I don’t like the current logic for working with dates - it becomes quite complex when the workspace, the service provider, and an integrated third-party are all in different time zones. There should be a way to simplify this.

What I like best about ZINFI UPM is that it centralizes partner activity in one place and replaces a lot of manual coordination. I mainly use it for deal registration with Fivetran, and the biggest value is having a clear system to submit deals, track status, and see approvals and ownership in real time. Before this, we relied more on email threads and spreadsheets, which made it harder to keep track of opportunities and required more follow up. Now everything is logged in one place, which saves time and reduces confusion. Another strong point is that it supports different parts of the partner workflow. While I use it mostly for deal registration, our technical team uses it for certifications, so having both pipeline activity and enablement in the same platform helps keep things aligned across teams. From an ROI perspective, the value comes from reducing manual work, improving visibility, and giving us a more structured process for managing partner activity.

As an automation developer, I'm exposed to several different types of SaaS tools and I've truly learned to recognize and appreciate simplicity. When I need to train I know exactly where to go when I need to register a lead it's a quick <5 minute process. Every now and then I reach out to old customers asking if they need my automation services and it's nice being able to check both my prospects and leads on the platform. Finally, the simplicity on how training documents are presented is clean and professional and not cluttered with bells and whistles and long loading screens.

The Fivetran Partner Hub powered by ZINFI has simplified how we manage our partner activities. The deal registration module replaced our old spreadsheet tracking and gives clear status visibility so nothing gets missed. MDF request and approval process is smoother and faster than other partner portals we have used before.
The content library saves me real time every week since sales collateral and co-branded assets are always updated and easy to locate. The partner performance dashboard was an unexpected win as it gives pipeline and revenue visibility in one view which makes our QBR conversations much sharper.
Overall it has consolidated multiple tools into one platform and that itself has been the biggest value for us.

The initial onboarding took a bit longer than expected as the platform has a lot of sections and it is not always obvious where to start. The partner portal customization is solid - we're using it through make.com and it actually feels like our own branded experience rather than a generic template. The deal registration process is straightforward, which our partners appreciate since they're not wasting time figuring out complex forms.
The analytics dashboards give us decent visibility into partner performance without having to dig through multiple reports. Content management is pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

The initial setup took longer than expected - there's definitely a learning curve with all the configuration options. Some of the UI feels a bit dated, especially on mobile. Would be nice if they modernized the interface a bit.
Also wish the API documentation was more detailed for some of the custom integrations we wanted to build. Sometimes finding specific settings requires clicking through multiple menus which could be streamlined.
