The most helpful part that I like best about the ZINFI (UPM) when it comes to the Mitel PowerUp Hub is the central location to find categorised documents and create easy searches to locate information regarding a specific document set. Be that MiVoice Business release notes, to Cloudlink demo videos, Easy access to gather information to provide to customers and for our internal information. Access to the information assists with my role assisting with customer support.

I personally like how the user-interface is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Not only does it allow simplicity for users, administrators, and partners, it also gives us features such as automation, configurability, and scalability. It also gives us an uncomplicated implementation to maximize IT resources. In addition to their amazing services, should I have any problems, their customer support is easy to reach and communicate with. yeah, i really like how i can track the progress for each task that we have open in the program. It is easy to follow the missing tasks and easy to navigate through the different modules. I also like that i can see my logo there, which seems a nice touch and makes it feel like it's customized for me.
