The portal works really well overall, but one thing that’s bit frustrating is the error that comes up after reviewing user details on user Record page. When we try to go back, it just shows an error, and then we have to go all the way back to the welcome page before we can continue. It’s a bit annoying, especially when working on a lot of user records at once. Would be really helpful if this process is smoother so it doesn’t take extra time.
