"Great tool for managing partners easily Good platform but needs UI improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

I like ZINFI UPM it simplifies complex partner management processes and creates a more scalable, automated, and data-driven ecosystem. It’s especially valuable if you manage a large or growing partner network and need consistency, visibility, and efficiency.

Workflow Improvements

One of the biggest gains for me has been automation. Tasks that used to take hours—like onboarding partners, assigning training, and tracking progress—are now streamlined. The ability to build workflows that automatically trigger emails, content sharing, or approvals has saved us a lot of manual effort and reduced follow-ups.

A specific example: we set up an onboarding path where new partners automatically receive training modules, marketing kits, and certification steps. This used to require multiple teams and emails—now it runs almost hands-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

One thing I don’t like about ZINFI UPM is that the system can be a little hard to use at first.

UI / UX

The design looks a bit old, and it is not always easy to find things quickly. Sometimes I have to click many times to reach what I need. It takes time for new users to learn.

Integrations

Connecting ZINFI with other tools (like CRM) is not very simple. It usually needs technical help, which can slow things down.

Performance

Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes it becomes slow when loading reports or large data. This can waste time.

Pricing / ROI

The cost is a bit high, especially for small teams. Some features are not always needed, but still included in the pricing.

Support / Onboarding

The setup process takes time and needs planning. Support is helpful, but sometimes responses are not very fast.

AI / Intelligence

The system gives basic reports, but it does not give strong smart suggestions or predictions. It could be more advanced.

Overall, ZINFI is a good platform, but it can be made better by improving ease of use, speed, and smarter features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless, Compliance-Ready Partner Management Built for Cybersecurity Channels"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

As a key cybersecurity partner leveraging the Sectigo platform, what we at KryptoAgile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. appreciate most about ZINFI’s Unified Partner Management (UPM) platform is how seamlessly it handles the high-stakes, highly regulated nature of enterprise security channel delivery. In our industry, managing PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), digital certificates, and cryptographic hardware solutions requires an operational environment where error margins don't exist. ZINFI provides exactly that through two standout capabilities:1. Automated, Certification-Gated Deal RegistrationIn the cybersecurity landscape, a standard partner portal doesn't cut it. We deal with complex, recurring enterprise transactions that require highly specialized technical expertise. The ZINFI Advantage: ZINFI’s platform directly ties our technical certifications and training status to our deal registration rights. Because it tracks our compliance and expert certifications in real time, it protects our pipeline, ensures only verified expertise handles sophisticated rollouts, and provides an immediate, audit-ready compliance trail. 2. Tailored Infrastructure for the MSSP & Reseller LifecycleMany partner relationship management (PRM) tools are built generically for traditional software or physical manufacturing models. ZINFI’s purpose-built verticalization for cybersecurity actually understands how modern Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and value-added resellers operate. The ZINFI Advantage: The platform flawlessly accommodates consumption-based and recurring subscription commission structures. It allows us to manage co-sell motions with Sectigo, tap into targeted co-marketing via Market Development Funds (MDF), and access up-to-date competitive battle cards and technical collateral without digging through disconnected systems. For an agile security vendor, the ultimate goal is crypto-agility—helping enterprises adapt to rapidly evolving cryptographic standards without operational downtime. ZINFI’s UPM mirrors that philosophy on the business side: it cuts through the administrative noise, accelerates our time-to-market, and keeps our partnership with Sectigo completely agile, transparent, and built for scale. "All-in-One Partner Management That Drives Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

What I like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) is how it brings the entire partner lifecycle into one streamlined platform and genuinely makes day-to-day work easier and more efficient; instead of juggling multiple tools, I can manage onboarding, training, campaigns, and deal registration all in one place, which has significantly improved my workflow and saved hours each week. The UI is structured and intuitive, especially the guided onboarding journeys that automatically move partners through training and tasks, reducing manual follow-ups. Its integrations with CRM systems keep partner activity aligned with sales pipelines, so there’s no duplication of effort, and performance has been reliable even when handling multiple regions. From an ROI perspective, the value really comes from automation and improved partner engagement rather than just cost savings, while the onboarding experience is smooth thanks to pre-built templates and a support team that understands channel needs. An added benefit I didn’t fully expect is the analytics—having clear dashboards for partner performance and campaign results helps shift decisions from guesswork to data-driven insights, making the whole partner ecosystem more scalable and easier to optimize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

What I dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) is that while it’s powerful, some areas can feel overly complex and less intuitive than expected, especially for new users; the UI, although structured, can sometimes require multiple clicks to complete simple actions, which slows down efficiency compared to more modern, streamlined platforms. In terms of integrations, while it connects with major CRMs, customization can be challenging and may require additional support or configuration, which can delay implementation. Performance is generally stable, but certain modules (like reporting or loading large datasets) can feel slightly slow at times. From a pricing perspective, it can be on the higher side, particularly for smaller teams, and the ROI depends heavily on how fully the platform is utilized. The onboarding process is structured but can feel overwhelming initially due to the breadth of features, and although support is knowledgeable, response times could be faster in some cases. Additionally, while the analytics are useful, the AI/insights layer could be more advanced in terms of predictive recommendations or automation, instead of mostly providing descriptive data—adding more proactive intelligence would significantly increase its value. "Better Automations, AI Agents, and Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

The best thing I like is the constant improvements. Lately, there have been some interesting feature updates that make it easier to create automations- things like merging routes and requesting credentials from the client through the system, introducing loop logic, etc. I’ve also noticed improvements in creating AI agents; making them available through a single automation is a huge benefit.

Regarding support, I get quick responses since I’m a certified partner.

The system has a huge list of integrations, though it's totally fine implementing custom integrations as well.

I've also noticed very pleasant improvements in addressing confusing UI/UX experiences - like making filter states more visible, making it possible to copy filters and other details that make the use of the system much more efficient and enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

I don’t like the current logic for working with dates - it becomes quite complex when the workspace, the service provider, and an integrated third-party are all in different time zones. There should be a way to simplify this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

It’s not a major issue, but one minor area for improvement in ZINFI UPM is that, because of its rich feature set and wide range of capabilities, new users may experience a brief learning curve. "Clear Campaign Visibility and Budget-Friendly Audience Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

TCMA has helped us grow our audience while staying within budget, which has been essential as we scale our partner marketing efforts. I especially appreciate the clear visibility into campaign performance and how easy it is to keep everything organized in one place.

The interface feels clean for managing campaigns, the integrations with partner CRMs make leads generated through our campaigns go directly to our partners, which simplifies follow-up on the campaign results.

Sometimes you may notice slight delays with heavier workloads, but overall it runs smoothly.

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning due to the number of features, but once everything is set up, it becomes a highly efficient tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

While the basics are fairly intuitive, the range of advanced features and co-branding tools creates a bit of a learning curve before you can take full advantage of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ZINFI UPM Centralizes the Partner Lifecycle for Clearer, More Scalable Channel Programs"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

What I like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) is that it brings the full partner lifecycle into one platform, so teams do not have to manage onboarding, enablement, marketing, incentives, and performance tracking across disconnected tools.

The biggest advantage is the operational clarity it gives. Partners get a more consistent experience, while internal teams get better visibility, stronger process control, and less manual effort. That combination usually leads to faster partner activation, better engagement, and a more scalable channel program.

If you want a slightly more natural, less formal version, use this:

What I like best about ZINFI UPM is that it centralizes partner management in one place. It makes it easier to onboard, enable, and support partners while also giving better visibility into performance and engagement. That makes the whole partner program more efficient and easier to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

What I dislike about ZINFI UPM is that some workflows can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. It can take time to fully learn the platform and configure everything efficiently, but once set up, it becomes much more manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Partner Management That Streamlines Onboarding, Training, and Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

ZINFI UPM brings all partner-related activities into a single platform, making management far more organized and efficient. It streamlines critical processes such as onboarding, training, lead management, and performance tracking, which saves significant time for both internal teams and partners. The platform is user-friendly and scalable, allowing it to support a growing partner ecosystem without introducing unnecessary complexity. Overall, it strengthens partner engagement and improves transparency across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

One area where ZINFI UPM could improve is that some of its more advanced features can take a bit of time to fully understand at first. That initial learning curve may slow you down early on, but with continued use and growing familiarity, those same features become genuinely valuable, offering deeper control and flexibility for partner management. Overall, this feels more like a reflection of the platform’s robust capabilities than a true limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brings structure and visibility to partner workflows by reducing manual effort"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

What I like best about ZINFI UPM is that it centralizes partner activity in one place and replaces a lot of manual coordination. I mainly use it for deal registration with Fivetran, and the biggest value is having a clear system to submit deals, track status, and see approvals and ownership in real time. Before this, we relied more on email threads and spreadsheets, which made it harder to keep track of opportunities and required more follow up. Now everything is logged in one place, which saves time and reduces confusion. Another strong point is that it supports different parts of the partner workflow. While I use it mostly for deal registration, our technical team uses it for certifications, so having both pipeline activity and enablement in the same platform helps keep things aligned across teams. From an ROI perspective, the value comes from reducing manual work, improving visibility, and giving us a more structured process for managing partner activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

The main downside is the UI/UX in the deal registration section. Some required fields are not very clear, so it’s not always obvious what information is expected. This slows down submissions and sometimes requires checking past entries or asking internally for clarification. Adding tooltips, examples, or short descriptions next to each field would make the process much more intuitive and reduce errors. Another limitation is integrations. It would be very useful if ZINFI integrated with Google Sheets, since that is where we keep and review a lot of our deal information internally. Right now, there is still some manual work involved in moving between systems and making sure records stay aligned. A stronger integration layer would make the workflow more efficient and reduce duplication. I also think the platform could improve by adding more automation or AI-driven guidance, such as smart suggestions, validation, or auto-complete based on previous submissions.
