The setup was straightforward, and we could customize our packages as per our business needs. Luke and the team were on hand at every step to clarify (our many questions) and worked well with our legal team to get this set up. We have used Zinc to perform our new hire checks, and these are seamless and speedy, a portal branded to our company, and a perfect experience for candidates. **What do you dislike about Zinc?** There is nothing we dislike about Zinc as we have only been using it for a short time. The only thing we would like to see added to the portal is setting access levels. These guys really get startup speed and service, the chat bot in the product helps with all individual queries that arose when we sent it to 30 people simultaneously :-P made my life a lot easier to be sure! **What do you dislike about Zinc?** Not much here, there was some confusion when we used the tool for existing employees but this was rectified within an hour from the team **Recommendations to others considering Zinc:** If you need to spin up a solution quickly and give users high levels of transparency and a modern UI.
