I always find that I dread having to do background checks because off the multiple different platforms and having to sometimes contact old employers by yourself just seems outdated so Zinc is absolutely the answer and the gap in the market. The process was very easy to follow. I could see the updates and who submitted my references, this was very helpful as I knew who hadn't submitted my reference and chase them. As a candidate I can't find any faults however for the manager submitting the reference I think it'd be helpful for them to be able to submit the reference via an email instead of logging into the portal. The website has a proper overview and has clear descriptions on what to upload and where. The steps are easy and they sent updates about your progres regularly.
