The map feature on Zillow is very organized. I like that the price of the house is reflected on the bubble. I also enjoy their favorite feature. When I find a house I like, all i have to do is tap the heart and it remembers it for me. The listings are very concise and organized in a manner where you get all the pertinent information you're looking for in one place. The information about open house or tours is usually listed. The photos are very helpful and the platform used to view those are well designed. It is easy to get started from the homepage and the settings can be fine tuned to filter exactly what I am looking for. This saves time as I have noticed it doesnt give me much that i am not interested in or looking for. I use zillow almost daily. Implementation is easy as i have it saved in bookmarks and am ready to get going, the site is very user friendly. The customer support page is very helpful and contact information is easily accessible. I find it to have great ease of integration in my housing search and needs. The biggest downside of zillow for me is that it is not updated in live time. For instance, on one occasion a house i was interested said it was available, but when i reached out to the contact, it was actually already under contract and had been for a couple days. The site did not reflect that change. I think the site could benefit from more accurate and timely updates on listing status. I also think there should be more disclosure on square footage in the listing. I have noticed some houses dont seem to match up and come to find out they are counting a crawl space /foundation.
