A lot of my clients get info from there but it’s inaccurate and I have to be the bearer of bad news. Benefits is it is easy to access and work. ### 3. For instance, house might have been sold a few weeks ago, but still listed on Zillow as live on the market. It throws consumers off if they are misinformed. **Recommendations to others considering Zillow:** Helpful in certain scenarios but don't trust all the accuracy of Zillow(and remind your clients of that as well).. **What problems is Zillow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zillow can be useful for finding house specs if they aren't on MLS. ### 4. It can be difficult to verify which apartment I actually listed, as clicking through may lead to a flash page without any apartment details. Many leads I receive are also sent to every agent who listed that property, potentially a large number. **What problems is Zillow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have gotten some solid leads, allowing me to market more effectively. ### 5.
