I’ve been using Zillow Premier Agent as part of my real estate business, and it has proven to be an excellent tool for boosting visibility and generating leads. Lead costs can sometimes be quite high, especially in certain zip codes, which may make pricing less accessible for smaller agents. The quality of leads also varies; while many are promising, some need additional qualification before they become truly valuable. I was promised 11 to 13 leads per month per zip code. In my first month I got one lead which it wasn't good. I called Zillow to complained why I only got one lead in a month if I was promised between 11 and 13? They said my contract was only for ONE lead per month. It wasn't especified in the agreement. I asked to have it cancelled because that is not for what I signed up. They refused, so I am calling my bank to dispute the payment on basis of fraud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I find the most helpful, or my favorite feature is the dashboard. In the dashboard I am able to see all my past sales, reviews, current leads in my pipeline as well as past messages with clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike the most about Zillow Premier Agent is the pricing and availability of new leads. Multiple times I have wanted to branch out in to a new zipcode/area, however due to the pricing I have been hesitant and eventually decided against it. Most times I am unable and also unwilling to pay the specified price in order to get leads in a zipcode, only to be at the bottom of the list of suggested agents when viewing a property. Consumers are rarely going to scroll all the way down to one of the bottom agents shown and reach out/choose them. I also had ongoing issues with leads being interested in renting a property instead of outright buying, and I/my office does not deal with rentals/leases, thus wasting my money on a lead that could not be converted into a client/deal. Hit or miss at $2500 a lead. A dog walker checking on a house she thought her clients might like (she brought three kids from her daycare with her) A father checking to see if his son got a good price on the house he just bought. 3 people just looking NEVER told anyone they wanted to buy. A man looking to get a tour of Puyallup NOT buying a house, just thought this was a good way to get a tour guide. Four actual buyers two deals that closed and I almost broke even. Where do I start?! The so called business advisors are arrogant and far from helpful. They make you sign up for a 6 mos period and convinced me to spend about $1400 a month and I was lucky to get 3 leads a month. They don't screen the leads at all. I've been given fake information from buyers on multiple occasions. Also they sell over 100% of the market to agents! How they are getting away with these tactics I don't know. Basically they sell you a percentage of the market. When I noticed that I was paying the same monthly amount but getting less I was told by Zillow it was because they sell more than 100% of the market so my share will decrease based upon the number of Realtors who sign up for the service in my area. So I purchased say 7% of the market. It could shrink to 2% or 3% as they sell more. I have been asking for a copy of my contract for about 6mos and I have yet to receive it. One of the Zillow advisors couldn't answer my questions and got upset and actually hung up on me. These people are so unprofessional. The constant turnover of employees says it all. I've had 3 or 4 different advisors in a six month period because they left the company. It's obvious they hire young people and do a bad job of training them. They all have different explanations of how the program works. And don't even think of asking for a manager. They are just as incompetent as the business advisors. Save your money! The newer format for their buyer leads where they connect you live over the phone results in slightly more vetted and quality leads since you get to talk to the buyer right away. They also give you the option to be that buyer's designated agent on Zillow for at least 30 days so that the buyer doesn't get connected with other agents on Zillow right away. Of course the ever-increasing cost is frustrating, but isn't that surprising with the way the real estate market has been in recent years. My biggest complaint with Zillow Premier Agent is that you have to be ready to answer calls from them in order to be connected with the lead, which is really challenging for me. I can easily respond to a text or email (like with Realtor.com), but I often can't answer a call right away. If you don't answer, they call another agent. It's mainly because of this that I recently cancelled my advertising with Zillow.

I also had issues with lead quantity. There were multiple months this past year where I received fewer leads than they had quoted me when I had signed up.
