What do you like best?

for our company since we implemented Zilliant we obtained a price optimization and solved many sales challenges, which resulted in a better control of our performance in the industrial labor field, it is incredible how only one software allows our optimization with simple and active tools.

What do you dislike?

This software does not have any limitations, the only thing is that it is generally applauded to companies that are in the industrial area but nevertheless our team considers that it is still excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The greatest benefit we obtained when we implemented this software was that our performance and margins improved considerably because it is specialized in electronic commerce, price and cost calculations, budgets, etc., for which we strongly recommend it.

What do you like best?

I think, most important part in our pricing journey is omnichannel approach.Zilliant offer one tool for manage pricing with an omni-channel approach . Besides they have end to end multiple solutions for customer life.

We are using PriceIQ to optimize pricing B2B and B2C channel with an omnichannel approach using micro segmentation. Besides we use the SalesIQ tool to make the right product recommendations at the right time to the right customer. What do you like best?

Zilliant has a fabulous pricing tool steeped in the science and technology needed to operationalize pricing across a wide array of circumstances. Their implementation process is absolutely amazing and when you follow their recommendations you can gain adoption and support for the tool quickly. We share an emphasis on transformation (change) management and adoption that suited them well. Plus, the team is amazingly talented and knowledgeable and super responsive. Their Customer Success Manager's take their jobs at face value and do what is need to help you be successful. You aren't just choosing a software solution when you choose a pricing tool, you're choosing a pricing partner - Zilliant is the perfect pricing partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The downside of any pricing tool is the data - you need good data to get good pricing; this can be a big undertaking and is a constantly evolving situation. Zilliant helps manage that process with you but they can only do so much - the data is on your business. The other obstacle is adoption, confidence is the most important thing any person presenting pricing needs to have, if the seller doesn't have confidence it doesn't matter what the science behind the price is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a diversified product offering in multiple states with varying customer industry and size in a rental market where pricing is heavily based on utilization and product availability. Sellers in our team have legacy experience with pricing and have used their own methods to derive pricing, having confidence in a tool that provides a science based envelope is a challenge. We were able to overcome that through good change management and have been able to operationalize the tool in such a way as to meet and exceed all of our return estimates. What do you like best?

Zilliant excels at understanding my unique business needs and customizing a solution to address them. I have worked on many projects with Zilliant including our pricing solution in our new eCommerce environment. They have a strong team of knowledgeable associates which really gives them a competitive edge. Zilliant consistently provides feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our margins based off their own team of data scientists analyzing our data. The biggest issue we have been solving with Zilliant is the impact on margin erosion when opening an eCommerce website. We have worked on a solution with Zilliant since the beginning of work on the website and they have been partners throughout the process. My business has also acquired another company and has moved them onto our ERP system. Many of the customers are shared between both businesses and we needed a solution as to how to offer individual pricing respective to the business with one customer account. What do you like best?

The software itself is versatile and user friendly, but I like how Zilliant supports their customers through having a strong Customer Success practice. Their professional service team really does a great job at listening to the customer to help drive success and adoption of the product.

What do you like best?

Zilliant's MarginMax optimization platform uses sales data to produce optimal price guidelines that are derived from science and facts rather than intuition and subjective inputs. An important feature is the capability to "bolt on" to SalesForce without any additional development.

Pricing guidance is delivered to an organization's sales team via phone, tablet, or laptop, and improves response time and closes more deals. The pricing team will no longer need to manage pricing in Excel or .pdf tables.

MarginMax can deliver 5-10% revenue improvement and 2-5% margin increase. The results are quantifiable and measurable.

For any B2B company that is not using an optimization platform, I highly recommend starting with Zilliant's MarginMax solution to not only drive revenue and margin, but also to create a distinct competitive edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

When bringing a new approach to solving pricing problems like MarginMax, the most challenging function will be change management.

Having the internal audience adopt and utilize MarginMax can be a challenge for any change resistant organization. The crucial element is having a robust change management function, and, getting key folks from the sales team to be champions of price optimization.

There is also a learning curve for IT and pricing functions, however, this is normal and anticipated. After a few weeks of calibration, the MarginMax solution begins to improve pricing in incremental improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were having challenges with revenue leakage and selling below price floors. MarginMax identified where leakage was occurring at the product and regional level by salesperson, and provided a factual background on where other sales teams were selling the same product in the same region at higher prices.
