"Effective and Quick for financial transactions"

What do you like best about Zil Money?

Zil Money is a very useful tool to make payments accross many different types of payments, the user interface is easy to use, and making checks from ZilMoney is very easy. We use it to make payments to domestic vendors, using our international company cards. ZilMoney is useful when integrating with other accounting software, such as QuickBooks, which is what we use. What do you dislike about Zil Money?

Zil Money has slightly higher transaction rates, when you use the "free" subscrription. Using if you are a SME, its more economical to get thier "buisness" tier subscription because the rates are higher than usual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Online Check Writer - A godsend"

What do you like best about Zil Money?

I primarily use their online check writer platform. It like it because it's easy to use and allows multiple options for remitting payment to someone (print a check, mail a check, email a check, direct ACH transfer, etc.). Their fees are also really low. My bank started charging to use bill pay services. I switched all of it to online check writer because their fee to mail a check is much lower than what my bank charges to mail a check through their bill pay service. What do you dislike about Zil Money?

The interface was a little confusing at first, but they've just updated it and it seems a lot better now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zil Money solving and how is that benefiting you?

Writing or printing checks, printing an envelope, and then finding a stamp is kind of a hassle these days. Online Check Writer makes the process so much easier. You just input the payee's info and then select how you want them paid. They do the rest! This has been really benefical with payroll when direct deposit isn't working; we've been able to email paychecks to remote employees so they can get paid faster. "Excellent online check writing tool"

What do you like best about Zil Money?

I use Zil Money primarily for tracking expenses, printing and mailing checks from multiple checking accounts. I've been using the tool for several years and it works great. I'm able to download a CSV at the end of the year for my accountant and maintain documentation for scanned invoices and bills and even categorize my expenses. The support team has been very responsive the few times I've had issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zil Money?

There are some issues with the mobile app that I haven't reported yet -- when a check is copied, the mobile app copies the check number instead of automatically incrementing the check number to the next available number. This has caused some issues with my bank because I didn't notice the bug. The user interface is very utilitarian, which I appreciate, but the new interface has a few issues--some of the icons and controls get cut off on the right side of the display on the desktop web app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zil Money solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zil helps me categorize and organize spending across multiple small accounts and businesses. The ease of sending checks in the mail takes a huge burden off of me from having to print, enclose in an envelope, apply postage and mail. It's well worth the small fee they charge to mail checks. "Using Zil Money"

What do you like best about Zil Money?

I enjoy using Zil Money for 3 key reasons.

Record keeping, as it keeps a database of the checks each unique user has loaded.

Being able to navigate and cut checks from different bank accounts.

Pulling up the 1099s at the end of the year for vendors and ensuring all of the checks we cut to them can be easily accessed and a number is given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zil Money?

The cost of the program can be better. We are not a big business but we use the pay by use feature, and pay about $.25 per check. I wish we had the subscription we initially had that was $100 and we had unlimited checks and a set number of bank accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
