It brings survey creation, response tracking, and reporting together in one place, which makes daily work easier to manage. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. Zigpoll helps me collect patient and audience feedback in a more structured way. Earlier, feedback was spread across messages and notes, but now it is easier to keep everything organized and review responses when needed. The platform is easy to use and did not require a complicated setup. I like the flexibility in survey creation and the different question formats available. Response tracking, participation data, reporting, and insights help me understand feedback without spending extra time reviewing everything manually. For my health education content, it is useful for learning which topics people find most helpful and what areas may need more explanation. Performance has been smooth for daily use. It also have great integration capabilities as it can integrate with major and common platforms like Zapier, Google Analytics, Slacks, Jira, Zendesk, Shopify etc. This wide range of integration capabilities makes this platform more robust. The platform can also easily import survey. One of the key features that determines the power of the survey platform is its distribution capabilities, Frankly this platform supports wide range of distribution capabilities like links, API, Embed code, Email Campaign etc. Its capability to do synthetic research is worth mentioning. Other than Responses can also be sorted out in this platform. The charts and reports generated by this platform enable organization and teams to be informed which allows better decision making capacity. The automation capability of this platform enhances the productivity to the teams and individuals. The onboarding of this platform was really easy and have a user friendly interface. I really like how Zigpoll makes it incredibly easy to close the feedback loop in customer support without frustrating customers. The super precise targeting and triggers are a standout feature for me, allowing micro-surveys to appear automatically right after a live chat ends, a ticket is resolved in our helpdesk, or on the order status page after a return is processed. This timing means we get honest feedback and high response rates around 35-40%, which is much better than the generic email surveys we used before. The integrations with Shopify and our helpdesk, Gorgias, are seamless and save us a ton of setup time. The survey design is clean and flexible, letting me keep surveys super short for post-support CSAT or add branching logic for deeper feedback when needed. Plus, their templates look professional and match our brand perfectly. What do you dislike about Zigpoll? Zigpoll is honestly one of the better tools I’ve used in this space, but nothing’s perfect. A few areas that could be improved for our customer support use case: The reporting dashboard is solid for single campaigns, but it gets a bit limited when you want to compare performance across multiple surveys or over longer time periods. For example, side-by-side CSAT trends from different trigger points (post-chat vs. post-ticket vs. post-delivery) require exporting to CSV and building your own charts. Some built-in cross-campaign comparison views would save time. The free/starter plan runs out of responses pretty quickly if you have decent traffic or a busy support team. We hit the limit in the first couple of weeks of testing, which forced an early upgrade. It would be nice if the free tier had a slightly higher monthly response cap for real testing.
