The configurations for different types of integrations can be achieved faster due to lack of code writing that can safe you a lot of time. "Quick and easy solution" 5/5 What do you like best about ZigiOps? We bought the product to connect our JIRA instance with a ServiceNow managed by a customer of ours. It took us only a few hours to go-live because the UI is very easy to use and ZigiWave's team assisted us any time we were stuck with something. Recommendations to others considering ZigiOps: If you need a long term solution to support your integrations, I would definitely recommend ZigiOps. Their roadmap is public and the company is pretty open to adding new connectors even outside of it.
