CloudApp is super easy to use and feature-rich. At the click of a keyboard button, you can take a screenshot, then annotate it, copy it and drop it into Slack, a Google Doc, email, or wherever. I've used Cloudapp for a year or so and really like it! I use screenshots, GIFs, and videos in almost every customer interaction I have. As a support rep, that's a lot. This app is VERY buggy and unreliable. Each update makes it less and less stable. When you shoot a video with Loom it's up in 2 seconds, but with CloudApp it can take 3-5 minutes to process and start to upload. The desktop app crashes frequently on both Windows and Mac. We have multiple employees using it and all are reporting the same issues. We share videos with clients that sometimes don't actually open properly for them or for us. It's like this company is so focused on adding more and more features rather than trying to ensure what they already have works properly and is reliable.
