This means that if you ever encounter a situation where you've recorded a training session and need to redo a specific part, you can easily keep recording, capture the desired segment, and then edit out any unwanted portions. This functionality provides you with the flexibility to seamlessly match your recordings with a better ending, ensuring a polished and professional final product.

Regarding the countdown concern, we are happy to share with you that this is a setting that can be changed to suit your preferences. On the desktop app, head to Settings -->Recording-->Countdown to Start Recording (you can check or uncheck). In addition, you'll find other advanced recording settings in here that you may also find helpful.

Regarding your concern about the countdown, we want to assure you that it can be easily customized to align with your preferences. If you're using the desktop app, simply navigate to the Preferences menu, then go to the Recording section. From there, you can toggle the "Show countdown on video recordings" option according to your needs. Additionally, you'll find other recording settings in this menu that might prove useful to you.

To address the recording timer question, in that same section noted above, you can check/uncheck the "Show recording timer in menu bar (full screen only)".
