I originally wrote a review a few years ago that said "Some features do NOT work when if you have Team or Enterprise account. As an example, if you want to use custom URL branding (cname on your domain), the video preview (called unfurling) will NOT work in gmail. There have been four different times that I have had to correct support that these features do not work together. If you ever turn off custom URL branding, it will break ALL links you've ever created with it turned on. So, if your support team has been using CloudApp to send videos/captures to customers or including in training, all URLs will be broken. This could have been an easy fix for the team to fix with regex but the engineering "fix" was to have us manually change URLs, which is unworkable for us and still leaves the problem for other customers.". The company has made a solid change of direction as they've grown. I'm happy with them now and have recommended to multiple companies and teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. My favorite thing about Zight is that it works in a very straightforward manner.
