After a SS (default) it a) copies your link b) opens annotation mode c) sends you a desktop notification and d) opens the link in your browser. It is so easy to just click one button and have all the options available to you. I can capture and record everything from one easy location. Having a single location for all my captures and recordings also makes it very easy to go back when I need to find something. Being able to make gifs directly in the CloudApp makes it easy to show lots of information in a small file size allowing for greater reach when there are restrictions on file size and format. **What do you dislike about Zight?** It sends a lot of emails, it can be overwhelming at times! When something is deleted there is no longer a thumbnail so when trying to find something to restore it can be difficult to be sure you are selecting the correct image. When taking a capture, if it was to automatically copy the link this would eliminate a step when trying to show something to a team member. I wish the link would copy sooner sometimes (takes a minute for large files) even though I know the actual upload would take longer. Expired links don't show the title of what WAS there - that would be very helpful for tracking down older attachments.
