With the new version out, I feel like uploading proofs has become slightly more tedious. There is a lot of clicking to get messages sent to different stages within a workflow and while the interface looks super clean, I am still struggling to get a grasp on how to upload proofs in a more efficient manner. Ziflow has helped ease the process of reviewing my work with my colleages. As a production artist that creates multiple assets in various formats, ZiFlow allows me to share my work easily and receive feedback accordingly.

Ziflow has revoluntionzed the proofing process. Our department works with multiple teams and ZIflow has made it incredble to collobrate. When you have an approver who leaves a lot of feedback, in addition to other approvers the comments may be a little difficult to sort through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I paticularly like how you can upload jpegs, live url websites, videos, live powerpoint docs, google docs, and share the project's feedback, comments, check off sections tasks as complete or thumbs up and provide various communicative reactions, and call out the sections you're referring to with the shapes and arrows. It is very easy to use and simple interface. I also like how you can feature multiple pages to review proofs and even call out the specific time stamps on videos. It's helped my coworkers and I communicate changes on all or various design. projects and in editing our website, it allowed us to get through projects and revise per the feedback much faster than the back and forth had we not called out the exact revisions through ziflows features. I find this especially useful while working remotely, since our team is spread out through multiple time zones and states. I highly recommend Ziflow, and encourage our team to continuously use it as part of our design feedback and approval process. I can honestly say I cant imagine our process without it and would preffer not to go without, so much that I would use it while freelancing. It also makes sharing the link for reviews super easy. honestly, there's not a whole lot i dislike about ziflow, maybe that the cost can be a bit high when you require multiple users on various projects, which take up user slots, but its understandable. certain features also aren't available on all tiers, but again I guess that can be expected.
