And I'm not too fond of how it automatically names the proof as the file name (even on V2 proofs). Proofs are black. - The lack of ability to multiply proofs (could be at the same place as "Move to"). When creating English proof with all the workflows, we need to duplicate it to the 14 languages we are translating. Currently, we are doing it manually. Only superusers can create workflow templates. Only emails that are part of the contact list can place comments on a proof. That is weird. We should have an option to have a public link where you choose nick and just comment. The client often invites somebody who cannot access it. You know clients. QA dept always invites somebody who has no link. The workflow UI is too high. Let's say we have a quality assurance team in our workflow that is 40 ppl. because we need to add them all because whoever can access the link and perform a check, there is a massive list of contacts. Can we somehow collapse them, or just have a DTP-QA group as one line.... let's say anyone from this group can give us decision? The whole UI rows a too high. It's okay when you have ten proofs, but we plan to have lots of them. Also, the workflow could be less tall... no one cares about the avatars. Could we have favorite local folders? Not a huge issue. With us being able to share the creative internally and everyone is able to comment on the creative, cuts back time on amends.
