Very rarely do I encounter display issues when uploading print files or PPT files. Ziflow offers so many features that makes reviewing proofs easy and organized. Our team relies on this program to get feedback from our internal and cross-functional team. There is a lot of clicking to get messages sent to different stages within a workflow and while the interface looks super clean, I am still struggling to get a grasp on how to upload proofs in a more efficient manner. Ziflow allows me to get feedback from mulitple teams on a timeline that works best for our team. I like that I can autlock stages when a stage has been active for a certain amount of time. I can easily track who has opened and who hasn't. I also love that I can tag comments and filter them accordingly, making a proof with 80+ comments seem less intimidating. As a production artist that creates multiple assets in various formats, ZiFlow allows me to share my work easily and receive feedback accordingly. Reviewers have tools in ZiFlow that point out exactly what needs to be changed. It makes my life easier. ZiFlow continues to improve its interface as evidence with its new layout. Currently the system is good, but it requires multiple click throughs to find proofs. I would also love an easier way to share links. Currently we are given a web address. I paticularly like how you can upload jpegs, live url websites, videos, live powerpoint docs, google docs, and share the project's feedback, comments, check off sections tasks as complete or thumbs up and provide various communicative reactions, and call out the sections you're referring to with the shapes and arrows. It is very easy to use and simple interface. I also like how you can feature multiple pages to review proofs and even call out the specific time stamps on videos. It's helped my coworkers and I communicate changes on all or various design. projects and in editing our website, it allowed us to get through projects and revise per the feedback much faster than the back and forth had we not called out the exact revisions through ziflows features. I find this especially useful while working remotely, since our team is spread out through multiple time zones and states. I highly recommend Ziflow, and encourage our team to continuously use it as part of our design feedback and approval process. I can honestly say I cant imagine our process without it and would preffer not to go without, so much that I would use it while freelancing. It also makes sharing the link for reviews super easy. What do you dislike about Ziflow? honestly, there's not a whole lot i dislike about ziflow, maybe that the cost can be a bit high when you require multiple users on various projects, which take up user slots, but its understandable. certain features also aren't available on all tiers, but again I guess that can be expected. What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? using the shapes and arrows to highlight specific sections to be revised, and to call out once updated makes it super easy to spot the latest versions way faster than having to communicate changes verbally, it makes it easy for everyone on the team to see what changes have already been called out and for transparancy the progress being made, lessens the back and forth, and it helps us document all the previous versions as well so everyone can see every single revision version made and keep track of all the changes, and refer to previous versions as necessary.
