We recently tried out Ziflow for our business, and we were thrilled with how easy it was to set up and use. What impressed us most was that our clients didn't need any training to approve or make changes to the artwork and videos we shared with them using the platform. The user interface was intuitive and user-friendly, and we were able to upload and manage all of our creative assets in one place. The review and approval process was seamless, and we appreciated that we could easily track the status of each project and get real-time feedback from our clients. Overall, Ziflow helped us streamline our workflow and save time on back-and-forth communication with our clients. It's a fantastic tool for any business that relies on client feedback to create high-quality content. We were really excited to try out Ziflow for our small business, but unfortunately we were unable to continue using the platform due to the high cost. As a small business with only one team member and one client, the minimum amount of accounts required was too much for us to justify the expense. It's a shame because we were impressed with the platform's features and user interface, and we could see how it would be incredibly useful as we grow our business and take on more clients. We appreciate that Ziflow is a premium product and that quality comes at a price, but we simply couldn't afford it at this stage. We hope that in the future, when we have more clients and more resources to work with, we will be able to use Ziflow again. We have no doubt that it would be a fantastic investment for our business and we would be among the happiest Ziflow clients out there. What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Ziflow is solving the problem of getting client changes approved without the need for multiple phone calls or email exchanges. As a business that relies on client feedback to create high-quality content, we used to spend a lot of time going back and forth with our clients to ensure that we had their approval for each step of the creative process. With Ziflow, we can easily upload our creative assets and share them with our clients for review and approval in a single platform. The review and approval process is streamlined and efficient, and we can get real-time feedback from our clients without the need for lengthy email exchanges or phone calls. This has significantly improved our workflow and helped us save time and resources that we can now use to focus on other important aspects of our business. We are now able to deliver high-quality content to our clients faster and with greater efficiency, which has greatly benefited our business. There are so many details covered within ziflow that help my team and I keep work moving. From reminder emails, to details of who has opened or commented on a piece, as a non-project manager it has the details I would normally ask a PM. If routes could be visually organized better that would help a lot. Many pieces can look like others, and labeling can be similar across jobs, so in a long list of routes it can be hard to find something sometimes. Ziflow is a great application to provide feedback about projects across different divisions. The real-time update feature allows multiple users to simultaneously add their comments and see them as they get posted. Additionally, the system sends email notifications once feedback is posted, an approval stage has been completed, or a summary of all the comments added to the document in a certain period. This tool has helped to eliminate unnecessary back and forth between teams. It allows the user to keep a history of the previous version of the document in case further review is needed. If documents require feedback from a wide variety of users, the email notifications can get a bit overwhelming. Ziflow can integrate with ClickUp which is our preferred CRM platform. That is why Ziflow has become an essential part of our revisions workflow. When you use it for the first time it is a little bit confusing for new users. The platform is not that friendly. The notification system is perfectly built so you can either receive everything or use filters to moderate the notifications that are coming in. In my case, I prefer to receive notifications for everything so I'm always in the loop and tag co-workers in case anything needs their attention. Ziflow is now integrated with ClickUp (which is our CRM), we create everyday tasks and everything that needs internal or client revisions are uploaded here. we can determine and have different workflow templates and also different versions can be created and submitted for changes required until we get the final files approved.
