**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

very easy to use, they have some handy ways to customize your windows, take private notes, and make sharing easy amongst teams.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

The only thing I would like to see added is a way to identify at a glance which jobs Ive started. My specific type of work means I might have several projects or tasks underway at any given time, all at different levels of completion. One might come in later but have a shorter timeline and I may have to start it sooner than a job that came in earlier. So a quick, at a glance way to identify jobs in my list that are underway would be handy for me and what I do. 

Thant being said, zi-flow has some great organizational tools including lists that completed job move to, which helps keep things tidy but also easy to pull up again later if needed.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

We use it for precise storyboard reviews with clients, enabling constant communication between the client and agency. It allows us to make more accurate edits to all assets.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

One downside: comments stay on the old version, not updating to the new one, which can be confusing.

Reviewing animation storyboards and presentations together with the client.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

All my proofs organized in one location. Able to group my clients together by type, and then subfolders for each one individual.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

Staying logged in is an issue; constantly logs me out.

Able to track customer responses for changes on their artwork as well as their approvals. Not all customers have the ability to handle large attachments in their email so this system eliminates that issue.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

The easyeof use makes adoption easier for those who have many different systems to manage or who are not good with technology. We use this everyday for in our approval process. I like that there are options for full users that require licenses and options for those who do not need full access.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

I would like Ziflow to be inside Monday.com so I don't have another app to deal with. In marketing you end up using so many different systems, its hard to keep up with all.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ziflow is making it easier for our approval process to move forward. Projects can get stuck with a user and Ziflow has a number of reminder options to accomidate those who require more notfications to act and others who don't. It makes the approval process run smoothly for large project with manuy different sets/levels of approvals. Getting going as a user is pretty easy, I was able to pick it up with two training sessions. Ziflow keeps our approvals moving at a great pace and helps ensure the project keeps moving along through the paproval process.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Ziflow has helped ease the process of reviewing my work with my colleages. As a production artist that creates multiple assets in various formats, ZiFlow allows me to share my work easily and receive feedback accordingly.

Reviewers have tools in ZiFlow that point out exactly what needs to be changed. It makes my life easier.

 ZiFlow continues to improve its interface as evidence with its new layout.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

I hope ZiFlow will find new ways to help users find what they are looking for. Currently the system is good, but it requires multiple click throughs to find proofs. 

I would also love an easier way to share links. Currently we are given a web address. It would be amazing to have a feature where a hyperlinked title of the proof would be generated by Ziflow.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ziflow easily solves the problem of sharing and reviewing work with colleagues and clients. It is crucial for my work flow and I would not be able to function efficiently without it.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

It allows you to proof multiple media types including static images/pdf, web pages, and videos. They are also continuously making updates to the platform. Their customer service is quick, responsive, and knowledgable.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

We often have social campaigns which include many image assets. It can look a bit messy depending on the view type you are using or even if you are using continuous, it can look like a lot. It would be so helpful if you could group assets and label those groups in the proof to keep them more organized and make it easier to view.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ziflow allows us to proof all components of a digital campaign in one place. Other proofing software we have used in the past did not have options for web pages or videos. The web page proof allows us to proof emails (using view in browser version) so we can see the live email on different devices and text links.

Ziflow is a great artwork management tool.  It's strongest advantage is managing comments at each workflow stage which means multiple comments can be made at any one time by multiple contributors but each round of amendments is managed - so you never miss comments.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

It takes a lot of clicks to work around the proofs.  If this could be simplified this would save a lot of time.

Managing many rounds of artwork amendments.  A good log of all comments and great to have client approval at the end of the process.

Ziflow makes it so easy to stay on top of revisions and different versions/iterations of projects. As a writer I would be disorganized without it.

New layout is a bit confusing. Windows vanish once new version is uploaded.

Makes it easy to track revisions. Without it it would be difficult to stay on top of rounds of feedback.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Ziflow is a fantastic proofing tool, especially if you work with external parties. Being able to airgap our proofs from our project management software makes working with other teams in our org and external contractors a breeze. Especially in regard to other managers who might get a little too into the weeds if they were allowed access to the full project history. 

I've found Ziflow incredibly easy to introduce to new users and have been happy with the variety of file types it handles. There's not much more to say on a positive note that a trial wouldn't convey just as well or better than I can here; I encourage you to test it out for yourself!

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

If you intend to use Ziflow to proof live webpages, I'd definitely plan to do a number of test uploads during your trial phase. Depending on your web framework, CDN, etc. you may have some major display errors. I have seen this functionality improve over time though

I'm also not in love with the cost increases that are required to unlock "advanced" features that to me feel like they should be part of the base package.

I'd also love an option to not be logged out every 15 minutes or so. I imagine this is a security-based decision, but when you're working with low-sensitivity materials like we are, an option to stay signed in would be great.

That being said, Ziflow is so much of an improvement over passing around an Adobe PDF with notes or making comments in Google Drive that I'd have a hard time not recommending it.

Proofing for creative departments can be... complicated, esp. if you're moving fast and have a lot of people offering feedback. Ziflow makes the process of managing proofing much easier than the inbuilt solutions that come with most software.

We use Ziflow to communicate with clients regarding their concept work.  It was easy to setup and the staff is always available to help with questions on improving our workflow.  While we don't use a majority of the features, it's a robust software that can help you communicate with your team, or your clients, and get concept approvals done faster.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

We've found that it's difficult at times to get our clients to use the software, but that's more about the client's level of comfort than a problem with the software.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Ziflow is a quick and easy tool to collect feedback on an image or a video. It's easy to work with, nothing too complicated. 
Personally, I find it pleasant that all feedback stays together, this way we no longer have to search in mails for the different comments.
 It is also handy that Ziflow indicates to which image/page the feedback belongs, even without annotations or markings on the image itself. 

Through mail, some content does get lost every now and then, so the ability to upload attachments is also very convenient. 
In addition, it is nice that feedback that has been given, can also be responded to directly in a comment. The dialogue makes it convenient to understand everything well.
The automatic notification is a plus too, also the possibility to resend the notification is a good plus i often use.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

In our company, we work with Dropbox to collect and store our data. We mainly work with images since we make renders. 
Each time we want to upload an image, we need to make sure its status is ' available offline '. If this is not the case, the proof will fail. 
When a proof fails, the message that was written in the communication box is lost as well. It would save me a lot of time if the included message was saved somewhere 
or was sent together with the notification mail (mail notifying me that the proof has failed) 

When you make a new comment, it is possible to draw directly on the images (to point out a specific spot or anything), but when you reply to a comment, this is not a possibility anymore. 
I do think this could be a plus. 

Sometimes we need to have a text (copy) checked out. It would come in handy if we could 'highlight' the specific line that requires alterations. 

The way the textbox works, is not really clear to me, i cannot seem to figure it out 😅 

Sometimes we need to make a little sketch on the image. I usually use the line tool and draw multiple lines to create the sketch. When someone else looks at it, it sometimes gets a little messy with the lines on the image and the guidelines going toward them. So it would be nice to be able to make a drawing/sketch without the guidelines pointing to every single line on the image.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication about the feedback in general. It's easy that it's all in one place.
It help to overlook the process more and it's also a guide to go back to, especially when a client is being difficult. 

for us it's very helpfull that the feedack is saved somewhere so we are always alble to go back in time. It's also easy to chare the feedback with our colleagues.
This way we also make sure there is no miscommunication or whatsoever. We would need a lot more hours in a day if it wasn't for Ziflow ;)

I've been using Ziflow for a while now and it's been a game-changer for my team. Before, we used to waste so much time going back and forth on email trying to get feedback on designs and documents. With Ziflow, everything is all in one place and it's super easy to upload and share our assets. Plus, the commenting and task management features make it simple to keep track of everything and ensure all feedback is taken into account. It's also a huge plus that it's a cloud-based platform, so we can access our projects from anywhere. Overall, Ziflow has been a lifesaver for our team and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their creative review and approval process."

The ability to use annotation tools when replying to comments has been submitted as a new feature request to our product team - we think this is a great suggestion. Also, when it comes to your use case of creating sketches, my recommendation would be to draw the sketch, save it as a separate file, and then attach that file to a comment within Ziflow.

The ease of collaorating on visual projects. the ability to make comments meant for specific locations on the document. the notification settings are helpful to decide how often you want to be notified about changes.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

unable to easily print out images to review. i know this all can be done digitally, but sometimes it is helpful to be able to hold something in your hands to review a final version. Cannot easily print or export from ziflow as a reviewer.

collaboration is much easier on ziflow as having documents reviewed by people in any location is very helpful.

Ziflow makes getting edits from team members across the U.S. easy and fast. Gone are the days of proofing documents through millions of emails.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

Commenting tool needs to be a little more user friendly, with mayber more options on the editing toolbar at the top.

Our teams move at a fast pace, and emailing off documents and webpages to be proofed, often took a long time. Now the process is easier and faster.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

It saves so much time, especially for website reviews, as we can look at multiple screen sizes and provide feedback. Would definitely recommend it. Other competitors don't offer that capability as far as we're aware.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

It's a little time intensive to set up everything for a review but is far outweighed by the time it saves overall, especially going through multiple revisions.

We needed a platform where we could do website reviews in multiple screen sizes. Previously we were doing this via PDF exports of each screen size which was inefficient and difficult to track changes over time.

It's extremely easy to create proofs and assign tasks to team members. The review process is simple and the tools are a big help.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

I had issues with uploading video files. It seems like it was a VPN issue, but at times my VPN was not activated and it still failed.

It simplifies the review process and who's involved, since I do have 8 members on my creative team, it helps to give them access even if they are not reviewing.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Ziflow has allowed us to make our proofing process a lot more simple. It has allowed us to stop sending proofs through email. Because of this, our team has been able to take care of urgent items when another person is out of the office.

The UX/Ui needs to be reworked. A lot of our clients have complained even about the proofing of PDFs and how un-intuitive it is. I love the idea of Ziflow however it could use some UX help.

It really solved our proofing process issues. We love that we now have a paper trail without using email. It helps us as a team manage our proofs. It allows us all to access the proofs.

We are a Google campus, and the integration with Google was lacking. There are also some limitations when clients are not users.

Very robust editing tools, and it is nice to see previous versions of projects when comparing revisions.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

The notifications and settings around stages being triggered could use some more visibility or intuitiveness.

Good digital solution to routing creative. Very nice compared to using print/physical versions.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

If your collaboration requires multiple touchpoints with varying permissions, then Ziflow is the proofing tool for you. The granular controls will define a concise workflow to keep your team accountable and on track; while, at the same time, optimizing your project management workflow.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

The biggest negative about Ziflow is that, due to the recent rush to In-App proofing tools, you may believe there's no difference between your native design tool's proofing tool and Ziflow. Not true. It's the more refined process controls that set Ziflow apart. They've considered more trafficking options than you'll probably ever need and wrapped them into a sensible and easily configurable package that everyone can appreciate.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ziflow puts your document-proofing ducks in a row and unleashes them like Ricky Henderson stealing 2nd, 3rd, & home. We benefit by checking all the boxes and getting the appropriate sign-offs. When revisions are prompted or a discussion point is brought to notice, Ziflow continues tracking and routing to plan our next course of action, ultimately to return an "as good as it gets" approved document.

Ziflow helps solve communication issues that would take way longer without it. Adding comments in specific areas of an uploaded document allows for specific callouts that are helpful in the design process.

Proofing in my field is critical, so Ziflow's ease of both proofing and allowing clients and internal users to review proofs without downloading software or jumping through hoops is its most valuable feature.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

I would love to see Ziflow, for the price, turn into a more full-fledged PMS that does have a desktop app. Secondarily, the Adobe CC plugins can be buggy on Mac ARM devices.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send large-format items to print for clients on a daily basis. It's absolutely critical that they proof and approve everything before it's sent to the printer because cost and accuracy are both paramount.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

I like the automation this review tool brings into the game. Review administrators can pre-configure multi-participant, multi-(sub)stage workflows. This takes the guesswork out of routing and ensures nobody is missed. I really liked the version comparison function: proofing files seems almost like playing a spot-the-difference game. All comments are traceable, and the review process becomes much more transparent overall. The main dashboard is functional and informative. 
We threw artwork with 19 languages in the same file at Ziflow, and various alphabets/diacritics were picked up correctly. This is a huge time-saver when copy-pasting source text into comments.
Ziflow support team deserves a separate special mention. They were very reactive and attentive to our needs, all issues were dealt with quickly, and there was always a follow-up. Ziflow has excellent customer service.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

I found reminder emails stress-inducing. In the end, I opted out of almost all reminders; a daily digest was sufficient.
There is no way to distinguish between various types of comments when opening a file in review or between their originators at a glance, so it’s difficult to quickly assess the scope of rework each file requires.
All files reviewed in Ziflow stay archived in Ziflow. This means that companies switching to Ziflow from another solution would need to manage two separate review archives. However, for those who do not already have an archive, the possibility to create and gradually build one would be an advantage.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After extensive testing, which admittedly was a bit extreme with our number of languages and a complex multi-stage workflow, Ziflow came on top of its competitors. It can take the tedium out of the routing process, make managing multiple versions of reviewed files easy, and save designers a lot of time and mental resources. It is a solid (and evolving) solution, and I recommend looking into it.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Interface is very easy to use.  The proofs are a great way to review images with teammembers and get their feedback.  Markups/comments are very easy to understand and clearly point to the areas in question.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

Multi-asset reviews have recently been added but they don't work as well as we want.  We want to review groups of images (5-50) but on revisions we only want to replace the assets that are changing but still using the pixel compare features.  Currently if any changes are made in the revisions then all assets need to be uploaded again.  We also find that the order gets mixed up so the compare tools don't align properly.

The notifications are really overwhelming like in many other systems.  We use Ziflow through a third part integration and it seems that the notification settings only use the default setting so all of our users are being notified of each stage beginning even if they are not on that stage.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very easy to create an asset review so that remote users can collaborate without needing to share files via email/chat.  It consolidates the communication in a clear and concise way.

- Hourly digest comes in at the top of each hour, not an hour from when you created the proof
- Has a pixel ruler!
- You can link to a webpage
- I like that I can click a ‘reply’ link in my hourly digest email and it takes me straight to that comment on that proof in Ziflow. 🙂 Can’t click through to it from ‘activity’ on the proof details screen though… 😕 
- You can download the comments as a PDF - useful for handovers to other team members etc.
- If you have more than 1 file to review, it notifies you about all the remaining reviews you have to do once you approve/reject one

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

- ‘Live’ previews of view in browser link require Ziflow extension - not great UX for clients if we wanted to use this feature
- Started trying to end my session - ooh that’ll be annoying
- Fairly spammy - email confirmations for everything! Although it’s possible to set what types of notifications both you and your reviewers receive, so this is probably fixable!
- Keep getting “computer says no!” or equivalent messages - might not like my bandwidth or lack thereof.
- You don’t seem to be able to update a visual without deleting it and when you click on the deleted visual you get this: https://dotdigital.ziflow.io/proof/proof-deleted
- When reviewing html files, when you click on comments it does not highlight them on the visual. You have to click on individual comments to see where these are at in the design.
- In the proof dashboard we can only see the owner of the project, but we cannot quickly see the collaborators in this project/clients. It would be nice to see to whom it was sent to without having to click on a proof to get this information.
- The progress bar in the proof dashboard is not very accurate. All reviewers need to open the design for example for the “O” symbol to become green. It can be misleading for us as we tend to send to people reviews that do not open it, the key person opens it and we do not see that in the review process. I mean it is a small thing, but we may find it annoying in the long run, if we are not able to use this progress bar.
- It was not easy for me to start proofing a visual. The “comment” button was not in a prominent place, I was trying to find something within the design, a CTA. It did not feel like the easiest proofing tool to use for the first time! I feel that some people want to “highlight” or “markup” and not necessarily want to comment straight away. I felt like that and the CTA “Comment” did not feel the right button to press as I was trying to highlight something in the design before making any comments.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralised hub to proof design approvals without the need for exporting and sharing PDFs messily among certain stakeholders, and avoiding the potential problem of them sharing the PDF link with unauthorised reviewers. All comments clearly accessible in one place.

Easy to utilize browser add-ons so the customer doesn't have a learning curve of using the utility.  Easy to use, comment, markup, approve, reject, etc.

None really at this time.  It is definitely built for a team collaboration process, so as a soloist there are features I don't necessarily need.  However you do have the capability to set things up to be more streamlined (like removing pre-approvals internally and workflow steps like that) that will get you where you want to go.

Solving simple feedback from the client.  It is much easier for them to be able to type in and mark up their changes, so there is no confusion of what they wanted and it reduces the "oh and one more thing" emails to keep up with.  Also keeps a great before/after chain of custody and helps solidify approval of finished work without question,  Much more efficient proofing process.

We do not need emails anymore for a graphic production project. All our exchanges from the brief to the delivery of the project can be done on Ziflow. We can exchange by tagging us in the comments and exchange different attachments as needed.

I find there are a lot of notifications and it's hard to keep track of them. The workflow owner is getting too many notifications and it's hard to reduce them in the different options. I would have liked to be able to choose to only receive notifications on customer feedback or when I am tagged in the comments.

The best thing about Ziflow is that it shows many different details and information within each of the created tasks. I am able to track each decision or comment made within each of our proofs. The automated workflows also help streamline the entire process.

There seem to be quite a few flaws or issues on the backend that are needing to be fixed constantly. We are frequently experiencing issues where we cannot comment on one of our proofs or where a function that was working on 1 proof doesnt work on another.

Ziflow helps us streamline our artwork review process with customers. Because each stage can be automated to move to the next stage, it saves us a lot of time. There is no scrolling from page to page. 
The pages don't render clearly, compared to viewing a PDF in Acrobat. 
When multiple annotations are close to / on top of each other, it becomes confusing and the comments don't display properly, so you have to Switch to New Layout.
The green Submit decision button at the top of the proof, covers the name of the proof, so you can't see the name of a file that is longer than 30 characters.
The Ziflow Adobe extension only uploads the last page of the document.
The Ziflow Adobe extension doesn't have any search filter function, or sorting in alphabetical order facility.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

The best part about Ziflow is being able to directly point out a part of a visual you're reviewing. It can often be tough to describe visually the thing you're pointing out, but with Ziflow you can draw a box around what you're talking about and leave the comment right there.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

I do sort of wish you could zoom out more from the proof within the window. For me it never zooms out from 100% and that can make the graphic seem larger than it is, and harder to tell its true context.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of communication with a remote client, but also solving the organization issue of a huge document of text--that can lead up to a lot of revisions from the client, but since I'm having them put their comments in through Ziflow, I'm never digging through countless emails trying to check off one thing at a time. All the comments are right in Ziflow and I can go down the list. It's also 100% compatible for users, whereas if I used Acrobat instead, the other person would need an Adobe account to see comments made.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

I am coming from the creative/creator side, so I will speak from that perspective, though I have not heard many complaints from the content reviewers. Our company uses it as a proofing tool for HTML emails, which is perhaps not the most common use. It basically works with a unique url provided by the ESP (email service provider) and renders the HTML in what I suspect is an Outlook for PC version of an emulator. Those who work on HTML emails will know what I am talking about. This is a blessing in disguise because Outlook usually has rendering issues, so if you do not have an email testing platform, this might flag something wrong in your code. 

Back to the tool. As with any software, the issues are what I notice. That means the rest of the time it works seamlessly, in other words, as expected.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

Markups are fairly easy and work as expected, but I have one issue: how comments get copied versus how something like Acrobat would work. I'll explain. When a commenter marks up "REPLACE TEXT original text WITH edited text," you have to manually and carefully highlight just the edited text and copy, otherwise, it will carry the WITH along. This is a minor issue but slows down the process as I can't triple-click to select the whole comment as I do with other proofing tools. 

Another area where it can improve is how comments are just grouped chronologically vs within a certain section. This means I might make an edit to a section and 10 comments later find out someone else replaced or deleted the text I made the edit to. Not a deal-breaker, but it could use some help. 

Overall, a great addition to our traffic/routing process. Look forward to more improvements in the future.

I liked how specific you can get with all the notes and review process. It has a lot of great detailed features that help when interacting with a client or multiple team members.

The product can be quite slow at times. We noticed while trying to go through notes with clients that it was slow to respond and sometimes notes didn't show up for a bit of time which caused some confusion.

I like how I can share work to anyone in my team anywhere in the world and they can live comment and feedback on my design work. Version control and setting decisions on each proofed makes approving work so much easier and quicker. I can now see exactly what of the document a team member wants to amend stopping previous confusion when we used commented PDFs. I really like how I can see at a glance who has seen comment and make a decision on a piece of work. Also to see is looking live on the doc in the top corner. The tool is really user friendly and my team members picked it up really quickly.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

Only thing was that I was unable to add multiple documents into the same proof but that was because I was on the cheapest plan. I have now got my work to now invest in a business package so will h e access  I to that tool now and more.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:**

If you a freelancer designer or part of a design team I highly recommend it to you. It saves so much time and makes the proofing process so much easier and far  less stressful. I have used it as both when I was a freelancer and in a company and been brilliant using for both instances.

One team member can't seem to receive the proof emails I send her but will contact t he ziflow team for help. 

The benefits I have got is that it has made design proofing so much easier quicker and saves a lot of confusion and frustration on each side. Also being able to have the whole team comment live and they can see each other's comments saves contradicting comments. I've saved so much time using this tool.

We are using Ziflow as our primary review tool for language editions comments in Boardgame business. 
What is working out best for us: 
Easy cooperation between proofreaders and the layout team. 
Pipelines, keeping a history of the versions.
The tool is not perfect, but there is nothing better for our use case.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

As we use big PDFs very often, processing these take a long time/ 
The search function in PDFs is awful. Copy pasting from comments to files is bit problematic from DTP team point of view.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:**

If you need a tool for PDF comments across dozens of proofreaders, Ziflow is not perfect, but there is no better tool available yet.

We were exchanging information between the DTP team and the translation teams. 
Thanks to Ziflow, we can streamline communication between the layout team and independent proofreaders (we often use a couple of those per language). 
It save us a lot of time, it helps to avoid mistakes and saves us money at the end of the day.

I love how you can create custom proofing workflows for any type of file or project. I love that this platform works for print, digital, video, and web projects. Using Ziflow we can now easily gather feedback, comments, and do reviews in our team and throughout our organization. We love that it is all cloud-based so it makes it easy that no matter where our co-workers live we can quickly share files and get clear direction on changes. We can make proofing stages, set deadlines, see activity, and control security. Having plugins for the Adobe platform makes the whole workflow for creative teams easy.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

Sometimes the interface can be a bit overwhelming for a first-time user when you need just a simple feedback and proofing platform. I wish there was a simple version for teams who don't need all of the bells and whistles.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to gather feedback, comments, and proofing from our teams for various print, digital, video, and web projects. It was so hard to use so many different processes and a ton of emails. It was making projects so hard to work through. Everyone was confused on how and when to provide feedback and people were missing some comments. The creative teams were having a hard time making edits while staying on their deadlines.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Review tools
API - very good api, thanks to the devs.
Zibot is also very useful for automation
High reactivity of the support

First choice after reviewing a lot of competitors.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

I think that the UI could be better
It may not be suitable for everyone because of the complexity
like all software, it takes a little time to master (but the support is also there to help you)
Little bit expensive

The integration of Ziflow has greatly facilitated communication between teams, harmonised the review process and workflow, increased productivity and reduced errors.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

The ability to create workflows on creative projects has been a massive help for our agency, especially when it comes to working with new website projects where we have to automate a lot of development tasks.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

We haven't really found too many downsides! There are a few programs with our account that have had issues integrating with other platforms we need to unique web development projects.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program has helped us automate workflows for our web and marketing projects! It integrates well with Slack as well, which is one of the main forms of communication for our team.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Ziflow is great for having multiple people proof and provide feedback on large, multi-paged designs. It's markup tools are specific and if used correctly, provide great assistance to the designer.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

We share our Ziflow proofs by copying the public link and posting that link in our project management software. I have had issues with multiple people who clicked this link and made comments, but they weren't signed in, so their comments showed up as if they were written by me. Because Ziflow thought I was commenting, it didn't notify me about these new comments and thus I didn't see them.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:**

If you have a large creative team and are getting caught in the weeds with proofing and reviews and mistakes are slipping through the cracks, Ziflow will help fix all of that with its simple, easy-to-use interface. Gone are the days of email chain reviews and feedback getting lost.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ziflow has helped our business fix errors more easily and ensures that all of our work is produced error-free. No more 20-deep review email threads with a comment saying, "on page 12, paragraph 3, sentence 4, remove a comma." Now everything is visible and easily tracked in a conversation-style format if further discussion or clarification is needed.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

- Saving workflow templates that allow you to streamline future work.
- Comments/annotations can be clearer with the various text annotation tags.
- Automation on handing off projects to the next person/group.
- Version history and comparison is strong with the product. Obviously being able to compare it to previous versions in the same workflow is great, but if needed, you can open up another workflow and do the comparison with a wholly other workflow.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

- The workflow method requires a little more thinking because it isn't necessarily a linear workflow. Multiple stages could be happening simultaneously which is a little confusing at times.
- I wish clients and team members who aren't paid users could have a dashboard for active proofs they are one  I know you can pay for lite users - but I wish this was an included feature in the top tier plan.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:**

Pre-pandemic, we did all our proofing via paper and in-person.  When we had to transition to remote-based work, we just used shared Adobe PDFs.  I knew it wasn't a long-term solution, but being a creative agency and using the Adobe Suite of tools, it was essentially free.  I continuously did research to find a better tool that required less management and cleaner editing tools.  Although there are many competing products on the market, Ziflow fit our needs of proofing the best.  I believe the automation of workflows is its strength along with version history for clients to track that edits were made accordingly.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Accelerating the review of creative assets internally through our company before client review.
- Standardizing the way clients send edits back to us (eliminating scanned edits, emails with edits, or phone calls with edits).
- Strengthening our ability to do work remotely as a team.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Ability to leave comments and collaborate with other team members. The comments make it easy to see exactly which part of the page the user is referring to. Once I'm done leaving comments, I can choose to approve or mark as "further changes needed."

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

Interface can be a bit clunky at times and not intuitive to navigate. Our team has had some problems with Ziflow in the past, but the product/support teams are usually quick to address any issues.

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ziflow gives us a system to internally approve the assets that our team members create. We also use Ziflow for external approvals when the client needs to approve. We can have everything in one place and a record of comments that have been logged.

**What do you like best about Ziflow?**

Ziflow is a great tool to use to get feedback on creative proofs when working with a team (both internal teams or clients). Ziflow allows you to create custom creative workflows, simply share creative proofs, and have complete control over the creative review process. I also think their pricing is good within the market.

**What do you dislike about Ziflow?**

If you're new to Ziflow, it can take a few sessions to learn the tool. I have used other creative review tools that are much more intuitive, so there is undoubtedly a learning curve. For example, some features are buried in the platform and I wouldn't know how to access them without explicit guidance from a Ziflow rep. However, now that I've been using the tool for awhile I can confidently say that's no longer an issue. I will also say Ziflow support and customer success team are very helpful and responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:**

Have a Ziflow rep walk you through the setup of the first few things as you get started vs trying to navigate on your own!

**What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Ziflow solves is making the creative review process efficient and turnkey. It's simple for anyone involved in the creative process to provide feedback which is the main benefit of Ziflow for my team.
