"Clients love the ease of use!"

What do you like best about Ziflow?

Ziflow has been extremely easy to implement both on the back end and as a transition for our clients.

It has a highly straightforward interface, and the no-login/account creation for customers has been amazing!

They have a very responsive support team who are always on top of both answering issues and following up!

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

One thing I wish Ziflow had was a better ability for extracting data for personal calculations and metrics. They do have a very minimal dashboard with basic metrics, however, some teams require a more in-depth analysis for KPI and OKR tracking.

The Zibot functionality has been great for basic automations; however, I would like to see better error handling and responses when an error is returned. This would save a lot of our own time when an error pops up and we have no idea which proof it is for or why it had failed.

Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:

I would get a list of requirements that must be fulfilled and ask the sales/support staff at Ziflow how their product can solve each one of these issues and to sit down and have a hands-on demo of how it can accomplish these. Once that is determined (and if they are able to), it is a very easy application to use

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ziflow allows us to overall speed up the communication between clients and our design team. It allowed some of our members to take on more clients and become more scalable as an individual

"Excellent online proofing for all assets"

What do you like best about Ziflow?

Love the UI - it's extremely easy to use and share with colleagues, especially with coworkers who are not as tech-savvy. They can comment and answer each other, without several emails. I also love downloading the comments to have pdf proof that everyone has approved it. We need to archive everything we do and having that digital proof is why we chose Ziflow.

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

There is nothing I/we dislike so far! It's such a great product!

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving how to communicate effectively through several teams - from designer to quality to tech to upper management. We no longer get lost in email translations. We also reduce the number of emails that go back and forth. You can pinpoint precisely where a change is needed. All the tools to digitally edit and comment are excellent. I love that you can make several highlights with one comment. I also love the zoom and export to pdf features.

"An efficient and dynamic way of working"

What do you like best about Ziflow?

Previously we were printing hundreds of pages of catalogues and sending it around the business, only then to recieve them all back with markups - some which conflicted others comments! There are many great things but what I love is that it's paperless and everyone comments on one version together.

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

It works really well for us, I don't have any dislikes yet!

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's far more efficient, the team get notifications when markups are made and @ to them, meaning they can get straight on with updates and not have to wait for the manager to file on the information

"Ziflow Consolidates Feedback & Saves Our Company Time"

What do you like best about Ziflow?

Consolidating realtime feedback into one place rather than sending multiple files back and forth where content gets missed and questions go unanswered previously due to files being sent and lost in email.

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

I would love to see a way to send Word documents in Ziflow. Due to having to manually make changes outside of Ziflow to content, it's not feasible to send Word documents through Ziflow since you cannot accept changes like you can in Word.

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have all saved time in the approval flow with needing to get multiple levels to review our Marketing content.

"A great proofing system!"

What do you like best about Ziflow?

The proofing system is seamless. It's workflow creation is easy to create and use. Love all of the functionalities including being able to send to users outside of the company. Comments are also held all in one place which allows edits to be made quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

Sometimes it has bugs but they try to be as quick as they can to fix them! They also have a great customer support team.

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ziflow allows our creative to be approved by multiple people and all across the organization. It allows us to have a streamlined process to work through. With version options and a mark up tools, it is easy to communicate through this online platform.

"Proofin' Away in new world."

What do you like best about Ziflow?

Ziflow has been most helpful during this entire pandemic for my company. When learning how to manage doing things at a distance - our team adapted well to using this as a critical tool for our marketing efforts. As a design team, we find it easier for us to send materials along to all people in our company that need to review portions of the work before deployment or released to the press. This online proofing system makes that easy to do by setting deadlines, submitting to specific people in our company first before moving on to the next group on individuals that hold a key part in the approval process.

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

We have not found anything specific we do not like about Ziflow. I know some users haven't adapted fully to doing things virtually and find some of the tools hard to understand.

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are proofing all of our Emails, Website, and all print materials through this program. It has also cut down on the actual printing of pieces and passing them around.

"A Total Game-Changer!"

What do you like best about Ziflow?

Having one centralized place to collect feedback and provide full team visibility has completely changed how we iterate on packaging. We used to email files back and forth and inevitably versions would get mixed up and a lot of time was wasted. The ability to directly compare past and current versions within the same window is my personal favorite feature as it allows me to swiftly confirm if a change from the previous version was made.

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

The comment section takes some getting used to. The comments are numbered, but the numbering includes replies, and replies are usually collapsed, so comment numbers can go from 1, 2, 7, 11, 18, etc. which isn't as helpful as numbering only the parent comment.

Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:

If you are looking for a software to enable collaborative feedback on a single or multiple assets at a time. Ziflow is absolutely worth trying.

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Ziflow, far fewer errors are slipping through the cracks and the time we spend vetting our packaging files has dramatically decreased. We also are now able to have essentially a centralized database for our most up-to-date files rather than using simple desktop folders or storing versions and archives in DropBox or OneDrive constantly.
