It makes version control seamless. I like marking off each comment as completed as I make the edit, it's so helpful to keep track of the changes needed. I've been at my company a long time and have seen us grow from passing a printout folder of our proof from desk to desk, then we moved onto several different digital proofing systems that eventually got too clunky to continue using. Ziflow has been my favorite proofing tool so far.

Sometimes there are glitches in the system and our comments don't line up to the right location on the creative, but as soon as we report glitches, Ziflow is very quick to respond and try to remedy our issues. Proofing live URLs don't always work for us.

It's essential that we keep good version control in an industry that is regulated by the FDA, Ziflow has proven that to be a simple solution. Our previous proofing tools could not handle HTML files, but Ziflow makes that easy.

The ability to review and comment on interactive pieces like websites is the best feature over PHQ. The user interface is also easy to navigate and customize. I often toggle between page view styles, use the "label" options to easily filter through comments, and love that my filtered views are saved as I toggle between versions.

Sometimes viewing interactive jobs require toggling between many views in order to correctly see existing comments. This appears to only be an issue when viewing websites.

The labels feature allows our teams to speak the same "commenting language" which helps with this type of virtual communication.

Ziflow is versatile and saves you time. Your collaborators can use multiple tools from text selection to drawing. You can group frequent collaborators together with preferred settings, then add them to a proof all at once.

My top favorite feature as a designer though is the resolve button. I cannot say how much time I have spent going back and forth to make sure I didn't miss feedback in the past, or sorting out what still needs to be done. With this button I simply mark a comment as resolved after I make the needed change or address the concern.

My only real complaint is that it could be a little more intuitive. I find myself forgetting at times which page will let you send what reminders. I would prefer if a dialog offers one type of reminder that it includes all or can direct you to the one you need.

Don't be afraid to customize. Poke around and test things out, you may find a feature that makes your life easier. Be patient with members who don't pick up tech stuff easy, when you work with this stuff it can be easy to forget the little bits you had to teach yourself when you started it can be overwhelming to those who aren't familiar.

Working for a company that makes medical devices we have very strict quality control. We used to have to pass a printed document with a paper requiring 8 signatures for something as small as an updated image. This meant one week minimum to get the document in everyone's hands and approved. Often there were conflicting feedback notes that required me to bring the parties in disagreement together and find a resolution. Then after correction it would start a second round of approvals to ensure the changes were accepted by all. With Ziflow I can get the same document to all the same people at once. In some cases I can get the needed approvals in one day that once required a week. In other cases I can attach screenshots of corrections to the Ziflow proof so that everyone can see the changes reducing the likelihood of another approval round.

ZiFlow solved one of our biggest issues in the marketing department. Keeping track of all changes and corrections to all documents that needed review and approval. For our company keeping these records is crucial, and it was a process we had to do manually in the past.

There is really nothing to dislike about ZiFlow. They have great customer support and any issues are resolved right away.

If your company needs to keep detailed information on proofs or changes to documents, ZiFlow is highly recommended.

The marketing and regulatory teams at Ego Pharmaceuticals have been using Ziflow for a couple of weeks now to review advertising materials and feedback has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive. I've had comments like "This is so much better than the old process!" and "I'm wasting so much less time on email!"

I must have evaluated more than a dozen proofing systems before settling on Ziflow. It's a little pricier than some of the other options but in terms of ticking all the boxes on our URS it was head and shoulders above the rest.

As an admin, I can't speak highly enough of the Ziflow support team. Despite being on the other side of the globe (in Australia), I always receive a reply within 24 hours, and very often within minutes. With their help I was able to set up an integration with Asana, which is another huge time-saver for the team. The success start training helped deliver training to the admins, content creators and reviewers which made for an extremely smooth roll-out.

Ziflow has a clear and easy to navigate interface that makes uploading multiple assets a quick process with only just a couple of clicks needed. The ability for colleagues to provide comments and then track the updates across different versions of the same asset saves so much time for me and the rest of the team.

Ziflow is a unique platform with unique features and functionality. It is best to allow some time to get familiar with it when setting up the account to ensure it remains organized and easy to find assets in the future.

I love that Ziflow is an easily adaptable platform for anyone who wishes to use it. The features it offers to go above and beyond client expectations is impressive, and the tools used inside of it make error virtually impossible. In simple terms, I love how easy it is to learn and use.

I don't really like all of the suggested and sometimes mandatory fields you must fill out when creating a new page for proof. I don't find all of them necessary. I find sometimes it causes confusion with the piece you are trying to proof, and raises internal questions and issues that are not always necessary. It can be made more simple.

We are solving consistency problems within the pieces and tools we use to promote. I've realized the benefits of having a system that offers a lot of critical tools and features used to catch errors or flag things for attention.
