**What do you like best about ZhenHub?**

The pack and ship feature is good. Additionally, I like hiw my orders automatically pop up on the site.

**What do you dislike about ZhenHub?**

I have beeb extremely displeased with the “auto sync“ system. My orders have been on hold for tips from customers on my site, which is a common feature on shopify. Being a new business customer service and building a reliable image is CRUCIAL! HAVING MY ORDERS DELAYED A WEEK IN UNACCEPTABLE!

**What problems is ZhenHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am looking forward to using the US locatioj to decrease my shipping time.
