Zetta HR is cloud HR software for small UK employers. It keeps people records, leave, expenses and documents in one place, and adds tracking for businesses that sponsor workers: right to work and visa dates, reminders for reporting deadlines, and the records the sponsor guidance asks you to keep. It is built for owners and managers with 5 to 50 staff who do not have an HR department. Employees get their own dashboard showing leave balance and visa expiry. Managers approve leave and expenses. Zetta HR is not affiliated with or approved by the Home Office or UKVI, and it does not provide legal advice. Plans start at £19 a month with a 14-day free trial. Free sponsor compliance calculators are available without signing up.
