"Great adserver with one-to-one service"

What do you like best?

The people on the technical support are the main value of this company, despite they might be busy to solve our isues straight away, they try always to be accurate and effective, and develop the platform with the latest features and market trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes there are delays on the platform or isues on the reports' data due to updates and that may cause inconveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Sizmek tracks conversions"

What do you like best?

It works in the background and not visible at all. It feeds conversions into Marin where we actually optimize. Not having to use it is the best thing, but I am sure it does other great things too, I am just not aware Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I am not sure of the accuracy and I am not sure why no optimizations can be made on the interface. It should be able to accommodate both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have another platform that Sizmek can feed conversions into and if it is more cost effective, then you should consider it. As you can only see data, cannot optimize it and need to link campaigns yourself, so it is not fully automated.
