It lacks fluidity and smoothness because of the bugs present. Although they are minor and only come at certain times. It has to up it user experience to take on the bigger player in the market. It help in making marketing campaigns and email marketing using the data collected. The AI insight isn't that great because of the slightly buggy interface but the campaign creation for email marketing is very good. The reporting of the active campaigns can be control from the console which is not the best but gets the job done.
