ZMP has access to great data for targeting and insights. The data used to create personas looks awesome on business pitches and clients always want to know more about who their customers are. Campaigns need to be set up in a basic manor since the platform seems limited on reporting capabilities. Also the lack of a strong cross-device graph limits upper-funnel campaigns from reporting on business metrics (ie. CTV exposure to an online conversion) so KPIs need to be basic for those tactics.
